We have been using Delaney services since 2019 February, I can confirm for a fact that this is your dream agency, Michelle, Jemma and Joe were fantastic infact the whole team. We thought Hayley was the best when we met her regarding our previous move in 2019 but with the news of her leaving, I was worried that it might not be as smooth as it was previously, until we got in contact with Michelle, Joe and Jemma. Our search for property and move in 2021 was so smooth, despite our requirements they met it all and even more, this was possible because of the wonderful staffs the organization is got. Take it from me Delaney your staffs are your major asset. From my family to yours thank you for the great and A-may-zing work you guys do and did for us. They even followed up to see how we are getting on at our new place. I will definitely recommend a million times and over. Thank you guys!

I couldn't recommend Delaney's highly enough. Lee and the rest of the team worked incredibly hard to sell our old house and on the purchase of our new home too. They were honest and transparent, easy to get in touch with, always friendly and sympathetic and communicated with us the whole way through the process. They sold our home within four weeks, despite it being on the market with another agent for over a year and not selling. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I recommend Delaney's in Harold Wood wholeheartedly! We recently sold our house through Delaney's and they were extremely helpful at every step of the way. The photos and video tour created for marketing purposes were excellent and we were really impressed with the service.

A special mention goes to Lee Blackburn who is extremely knowledgeable and was always positive and cheerful. Lee continually succeeded in calming my concerns throughout the process of moving and was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always prompt and the whole team were always friendly, therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Delaney's.

Not easy selling and buying during covid19 restrictions but the team in Delaney's worked hard and marketing my house and being proactive rather than reactive. Every person I spoke to or had dealing with were polite and courteous, they explained the processes with clarity. A job well done!

I have literally just completed my sale. It was a very long case due to probate difficulties but Delany's were absolutely superb.
From the manager taking the initial enquiry and remembering all the details when i called a year later, to Lee who came to the property and was helpful on many occasions to David in the office that always followed things up to keep the sale on track and communicated to all parties frequently. I cannot fault this company, profession, reliable, efficient and always friendly. Thank so much for all your hard work and efforts to all the team

Where do I start. I'll start from the beginning. We saw the property made the offer , the offer was accepted without delay everything was transparent . The sale was delayed due to mitigating circumstances however David and the team were thoroughly professional and updated me regularly on the progress of the sale. David and the team were always available to take my calls and were transparent throughout the sale of the property. I would highly recommend Delaney's.

Delaneys handled the sale of my property very professionally, polite and friendly. and any enquiries were responded to very promptly.Lee, John and David were a great team at a very difficult time with COVID and a very difficult buyer securing a smooth sale.

David & the team at Delaneys were excellent. My transaction took some time to go through because of various reasons, but David kept checking in on me, keeping me up to date to make sure my transaction completed.

We moved into your house in full lockdown and Delaneys were always there to help and chase things and answer any questions. John was especially helpful and made our moving in process very easy and straight forward. If I were to move again I would 100% use Delaneys again!
