Total waste of time

Terrible service, make it so hard for you to claim, I had a genuine complaint and guess what, they’ve given me a very hard task saying I put the wrong journey in, I sent you photos of the tickets, how on earth did I send you the wrong? You just don’t want to pay do you?

Their pricing model punishes flexi workers

Their pricing model punishes flexi workers, it make reading uncompetitive and is the reason many young people will most likely move back to london. We miss our friends and its so difficult and expensive to visit each other. Even the elizabeth line which site inside the station run by gwr is in a difficult to get to platform making it unattractive, also given that they caused the elizabethline to be a similar costs as their own fast train, they also killed off the usefulness of elizabethline, shouldnt have built it as it all usless.

Why does this website even exist

Why does this website even exist? They force you to make a new login and sign up just to claim compensation. Why cant that be done through your existing GWR account? Perhaps its just another way to put you off claiming your rightfully owed compensation when their trains breakdown or are late.
