Placed an order and the website automatically added a ginger spiced oat bar to my basket for free. Unfortunately after the order was placed I realised I'd actually been charged for the oat bar, something I hadn't wanted. Emailed the company 2 days ago and have had zero response.

Order has just arrived and order is missing a multi pack of Bircher muesli so I've had to email again. Will not be ordering directly from them again and won't hold my breath for a response from them.

Love most of the DE products I've tried, especially the choc dipped almonds and the choc dipped fruit and nuts. So great to find good vegan chocolate. I contacted the company last year with a query, and the customer service was outstanding. The caramelly snacky cup things are seriously yummy as well (can't remember what they are called). Also the peanut snack bars. Didn't love the granola when I tried it, though. Just wish I could get more of the products from my local supermarket.
I love the app. Have been using it for a couple of years now - it's my go-to for healthy recipes, meditation and yoga. I've built solid morning and evening routines that set me up for the day, and help me wind down for a restful night's sleep. Good lay out, user-friendly, easy to find favourites and search for recipes. I like the daily suggestions as well. There are some good meal plans, or you can easily create your own. It can also create a shopping list for you, which is helpful.

New muesli product is just awful. No taste or flavour and cannot believe the product was ever tested before launch. Please discontinue.

I couldn't find the cereal I wanted in store so I ordered 6 boxes from their website. Instead of sending what I wanted they sent a random order. Their customer servive contact sends you to a page with a 'page not found' message. Complete rip off.

AVOID This company has renewed my subscription without contacting me in advance. My bank are now aware. I have tried numerous times to cancel the subscription only to be bounced out of the app. When using the website I am referred back to the app. I have sent emails requesting the subscription is cancelled and not received anything in response. As others have highlighted a really terrible company to deal with.

The bars are a game-changer for my health with recent celiac disease!

I was in Waitrose - John Lewis earlier today and tried deliciously Ella for the first time! Was served by two lovely ladies who were very passionate and informative about the product. It was not only tasty but much healthier than other alternatives I buy. Will be stocking by cupboards with these products from now on! Thank you to the two young ladies who were giving out samples to everyone and being very friendly.

Great taste do get it wrong sometimes. About this product you can only say..,, why would I buy this unpleasant Chocolate orange dipped almonds. It’s just weird …. Could never a treat as nuts taste stale,mits hard and it is not pleasan

I signed up to the 7 day free trial and decided to cancel before the end of the 7 days. Neither the website nor the app worked properly when trying to cancel. I work in IT and know how to cancel subscriptions so I was pretty shocked to find I could not cancel and was charged the full subscription amount at the end of 7 days despite multiple attempts to contact customer service - I’ve had no reply at all! Avoid at all costs. Absolute scam.

I will not buy the Deliciously Ella Blackberry & Pecan Deluxe Granola with Almonds and Flame Raisins again. The raisins are so hard that I nearly broke my teeth trying to eat them! You expect the nuts to be hard but not the flame raisins! You need to put a warning on the packaging. Not a happy customer.

I have tried to cancel the membership after a feee trial but have been unable to do this online or in the app.
I have also sent numerous emails but have only received automated responses.
Please avoid this company, it has all the hallmarks of scammers

I bought the deliciously ella nutty Granola, I took one bite of Granola and cracked my tooth in 2, I was in excruciating pain and have had to see an emergency dentist this is going to cost me hundreds of pounds if not the loss of the tooth. The Granola was rock hard

D Ella Gluten free crackers. Big box, very little inside. Rapseed oil is inflamatory, so no more for me.

Deliciously ella Salted Almond Caramel Cups are very unpleasant. I only bought them as they suit Coeliacs gluten free...very tiny, which I am thankful for, as they tasted disgusting! The base (I'll call it that) was tasteless, no almond flavour detected. The chocolate filling was gross. Has left a nasty taste in the mouth. Gross amount of sweetness with none of the yummyness! Gotta go brush my teeth. YUK

I’ve always enjoyed browsing and using some of the recipes. Today I find you have to pay to view. I appreciate she needs to earn but I was disappointed.

I've been a big fan of Deliciously Ella for around 10 years. I've bought books and been using the app for several years. I don't buy the products because they aren't available in Australia. For the past year, there have been numerous problems with the website and app, including ingredients disappearing, ingredient quantities that don't make sense (e.g., 1g of quinoa), and links that don't respond when clicked. The list goes on. I have contacted Del Ella team numerous times through numerous channels - responding to a survey, email, socials comment. I've had no response to any of these. I don't know what's happened but the communication and website management have taken a massive nosedive. If it gets any worse I'll not renew. Such a shame because I was a massive fan.

I have been eating all my snacks from this brand for years and I think it’s an amazing brand that I trust. I have an autoimmune condition so for me it’s very important that I find products that make me feel safe and don’t trigger my illness.

I placed an order on 06/06/2025. After more than 10 days it still hadn't been shipped. Their unuseful customer service replied that they were waiting for the items to arrive, items that I had paid for them when I ordered. Yesterday I asked for a full refund of the order after an email expressing all my disappointment. First and last order. Never again.

Bought Ella bars and found nuts shells (looked like pecan shells) which damaged my teeth. Also they use a lot of dodgy ingredients, claiming to be clean. Unimpressed. And will be pursuing damages to teeth.

Absolutely love this company. Outstanding customer service recently when I had a batch of chocolate almonds that I thought were unpalatably over-roasted (I get through PACKETS of these each month, and this was the first time I'd had an issue - all fine since). Quick response, and resolved the issue to 100% satisfaction.
I also love the app. Really cheap for all the incredible healthy recipes, exercise and yoga videos and meditation/background soothing music tracks.
