Thought I was getting 6 towels. Over 50 dollars from four??

I placed my order last week, and delivery arrived just a couple of days later. The bedding is truly amazing and exceptionally comfortable. My wife is very pleased with the sheets I selected.

We liked the organic products, delivery was fairly quick; the washcloths look great and are quite soft. We look forward to using them.
I initially thought the package had not arrived and was really pleased to have a messaging feature in the delivery email to report that, and the response was quick and helpful and soon the issue was resolved; my fault for not checking the carrier link provided when I became concerned. It was all just great.

I previously wrote a negative review as it was requested before we got the kitchen towels. They took a significant amount of time to get, about 4 weeks. I wanted to review the actual towels. They are wonderful and I would definitely order them again

I splurged on a purchase of 2 sheet sets at a whopping $640.00. It is almost 3 weeks later and I still have not received them yet was billed at the time of purchase on October 12, 2025.

In today's market, that just won't do! These types of delays are likely to impact your bottom line. Especially, for those looking for alternatives to multinational companies like Amazon that are less than ideal and/or anathema to smaller businesses.

The result of this is that I am already quite disappointed by the experience, and have not even received the items purchased!

I finally received the packages after my neighbor brought the misdelivered items to my house. Unfortunately, the delay and subsequent delivery debacle has tainted the overall purchase.

I LOVE them! I bought the 100% Organic Hemp sheets and sleep so well I think they regulate better than"cooling" sheets. Second night I've slept through the night, absolutely thrilled!!

I have an airbnb and need to have the best towels possible. I love Delilah organic towels. This is the third time I've ordered them. They are thick and hold up over time and many washings.

I bought these for my daughter and her husband. It's their 2nd set from you and they love them both. She said she really liked the sea green color.

I purchased a hemp split-king sheet set and duvet cover from Delilah Home about five months ago, spending over $300 (with discount). Unfortunately, my experience has not matched the premium expectations.
• Fit: The fitted sheets are substantially oversized. We tested them on three different split king mattresses (Avocado Green, Leesa, Saatva), and in all cases they were far too loose, leaving excess fabric that bunches and shifts uncomfortably. A product at this price point should not require sheet straps or aftermarket fixes to function properly.
• Durability: Pilling started within a few months. I was under the impression that genuine hemp fibers are naturally resistant to pilling, so this raises questions about fiber quality or blending. We follow a gentle laundry routine (basic detergent, biweekly washing, weekly for pillowcases), yet the issue persists.
• Customer service: I reached out with detailed feedback, including my disappointment and request for clarification on fiber content and sizing standards. The CEO initially responded, saying pilling “should go away in the wash” and asking for photos. I provided a more detailed follow-up, but never received a reply.

I value companies that stand behind their products, especially when marketing them as premium, durable, and award-winning. At present, I cannot recommend these sheets. For the price, they should last many years and fit properly.

The web site made this easy as could be. I never thought I would say this but ordering the merchandise over the internet was easier than trying to shop in a brick and mortar store. This was my second purchase from them. I will shop there again if I need something the sell.

I like that instead of offering 100s of products like everyone else, these seem to focus on making a few products high quality.

I have ordered bathroom towel sets, sheets, and beach towels and everything has been high quality. The beach towels made from recycled plastic dry super fast.

I also like supporting a business that is socially conscious.
