Polish dropshipper, charging twice as much for Aliexpress/Temu products. Returns are only accepted when sending package back to China at your own cost. I'm surprised this scam still operates. Buyers beware.
So the lamps are from aliexpress, one difference is delisse charges twice as much. And it takes forever to get your money back (you might not get a refund at all).
Polish intermediary for a Chinese manufacturer. Returns within 14 days only to China at the buyer's expense. Goods do not match the photos.
I bought a lamp and received a product that was not as described and was damaged. I filed a complaint and the store is demanding that I send the product back to China at my own expense, shipping costs almost as much as a new product. The company looks like a Polish store - it has a Polish domain and Polish service. At first glance, you can't see anywhere that you are ordering from China. After reading the regulations, it turns out that the company in Poland is an intermediary, and the seller is a store from China. After filing a complaint, contact with the service ceases.
