The service was amazing the florist…

The service was amazing the florist recommended other flowers that looked more lovely than the peonies I ordered which were out of season. They were a wedding bouquet and were delivered on time and presented as the picture.

Lovely bouquet (albeit already wilting…

Lovely bouquet (albeit already wilting within 24 hours). But the customer service of this company is an absolute shambles. I selected a specific day. It was still saying awaiting fulfilment and as it was the day before my wedding, I tried to contact them. No response. Wouldn’t answer the phone or emails. Then the address they claim to be at doesn’t exist. Such a shame that the customer service lets them down. I was so panicked by the lack of response and only reviews I ended up buying another bouquet as a back up. Not impressed at all.

Cheated and lied!

My husband ordered bouquet along with chocolate and did not receive them. I'm trying to reach them with no reply for more than a month. They lied saying that I've received the items and Royal mail apologised for not sending it to me. I request a full refund!! Order no. 4504, amount of £173. I request an immediate action !!!!

Great flowers, delivery not so good

My only gripe is that I paid £18 for express london delivery but it arrived outside the delivery window of 11-8pm at 9pm. The flowers however where great and the recepient loved them. So the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the delivery time

Sweet Peas

The delivery by Royal Mail was excellent and spot on time. The Sweet Peas were beautiful and in excellent condition. The only disappointment was they were all white. It would have been nice to had 2 or even 3 different colours

An expensive nightmare

Mimosa flowers are difficult to find in the UK. So looking on line I found this company offering these flowers in a bouquet, mixed with iris. I chose the 15 stems option, which was the cheapest. The cost for delivery was high but I hadn't seen any real mimosa for many years and this was my gift to me.. the bouquet arrived around midday, packed in a secure box. However, to my disappointment, what should have been beautiful and bright yellow little balls was more or less dead flowers. The seems were so short that, apart from 2, the rest went into a small glass. A real disaster. An experience not to be repeated.. I took some photos..

The variety you received was genuine mimosa, as ordered, though it can sometimes be more delicate and subtle in appearance depending on the growing cycle and weather conditions.

We understand your disappointment and regret that this special treat for yourself fell short. That said, the bouquet was delivered on time, as requested, and signed for on Saturday 15 February.

Delivery never occurred even though…

Delivery never occurred even though recipient was waiting. This was time sensitive delivery for a funeral. No idea where the postal service tried to deliver and still don’t know.
My reply: it took 5 months for the reply? The package was not delivered nor was was it collected - I cannot understand why you would say this. If there’s a signature - you can be sure it’s not anyone I know- so sad

Saturday, 15 February 2025: Two delivery attempts were made at 8:55 am and 9:52 am, but unfortunately, no one answered the door.

Monday, 17 February 2025: The parcel was successfully delivered and signed for at 2:40 pm at Auchterarder Delivery Office.

We appreciate that you were waiting at home during the delivery attempts. However, please understand that our courier is required to attempt delivery and obtain a signature; if no one answers, they cannot leave the package unattended or at a neighbor’s address without explicit instructions.

We recommend checking with your local delivery office where the parcel was signed for, as it might be possible they left a card or the package was accepted on your behalf.

If you would like, we can assist you in contacting Royal Mail to clarify the exact location of the package.
