We are a true family run and operated business based on the borders of Surrey and Sussex, born out of time when the country’s back was against the wall and people where told to stay at home, we had started to offer some help with provisions in our local village by offering help to neighbours that couldn’t go out due to isolating, from there we where referred on and on, and today the business has grown into Deliver Fresh. We have some key areas that we are hugely passionate about: Packaging. The way that we operate means that we only use plastics in around 5% of all our packaging and all our other packaging is recyclable and Bio-degradable . We will always try to use loose produce where at all possible. Freshness. Our produce is picked from suppliers and the market, delivered the very same day ensuring it is as fresh as possible “our clients tell us that the produce lasts at least twice as long as supermarket produce” Local Suppliers. Supporting local growers and businesses, since the start we have been putting together a supply chain of exceptional local produce. Our free-range eggs, cheese suppliers, honey producers and all other suppliers come from within a 40-mile radius of our office. We are working on making sure that we find a good supply from farmers in our local area and will continue to add as many fresh products grown and picked locally as we can. Charity. Each and every week we have been donating all of the fresh produce that is left at the end of our deliveries to the local food banks, they are supporting families in the local areas. This means that we have very little wastage, but also means that we can support our local communities with the help of all of our customers. Customer service. Our background is all about customer service and we have brought that ethos across into this business, we do not accept second best in product or the service that we deliver to our customers, and will rectify any issue swiftly and in person. We are not afraid to ask our customers for feedback and if anything needs changing or exchanging then we make sure it happens.
