Service was great at first, but then Caiden, the founder, left everyone in the dark. Even his own employees. He never fixed the tenant issue or reimbursed any hard costs. He has a reputation in the cold email space as someone reputable, but this will not serve him well in the future. It seems this was just a money grab.
1st month was fine. Then shit hit the fan. No replies for over 3 to 4 business days now. Support is crap. No one replies. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Support answers once every week, sloppy no direction.
Asked for refund, no answer.
Horrible experience
Just bad overall. Replies from their “support” take a week or you might never get a reply. Half the inboxes stop working. No easy way to cancel. Maybe don’t trust the guy posting about black hat stuff on X…
