Joke of a Customer Service — Nonexistent Support

Poor customer service from a global brand. I contacted Dell to return a faulty monitor — something that should have been straightforward. After receiving written confirmation that a return was possible, I waited weeks for pickup details. When I called support, I was told the opposite — that returns weren’t even allowed — only for the same representative to later “push the message.”

Dell repeatedly claimed UPS pickups were scheduled or completed, but I was never contacted by UPS even once. Despite providing full availability, contact details, and following up multiple times, nothing happened.

To make matters worse, after all these failed attempts and weeks of back-and-forth, Dell suddenly informed me that returns and refunds are not available for Switzerland. So after endless delays, mixed messages, and false promises, I’m left stuck with an unstable monitor and zero accountability from Dell.

A complete joke of a customer service — slow, contradictory, and essentially nonexistent.

Impossible to join the client service, still no answer after 3 weeks to an email, the phone numbers dont work, and the sales teams doesnt give a shit about you

Horrible Dell Experience - Never Again!

Horrible. Will never order from these crooks again. Cannot modify or cancel an order after 10 mins in CH. No right of return once goods shipped. And you can’t STOP shipping - even though it pretends you have this option online - because no one answers your email service request in time and it’s impossible to speak to a human being on the phone. Way to lose a customer before I even receive your shoddy laptop!

Returns are not an option

Returns are not an option.

Returned to Dell as a customer after many years to buy a monitor. Shocked to find out that they have no return policy even if it is unused.

I know it is not a Swiss requirement for companies to take returns, but it is the first time I have experienced this by any company, and at DELL of all places.

Dell customer service in Switzerland…

Dell customer service in Switzerland doesnt respond to queries and when they do they dont speak English and have no idea about the products they sell. Waste of nerves, time and money. Quite embarrasing actually!

Awefull experience with delivery

They did miss the delivery by a lot, when I asked online by chat that I will really be delivered at the specified date.

Also, I contacted them just after having placed my order, to have the tracking number. They again confirmed me the date.

The worse is their delivery partner(Syncreon), it makes likes 9 days that it states that my package is at 6 hours by car. "Pending full load", because they want to earn on the transport...

Their support is just useless, respond they have forwarded my question to their logistic department, but no news.

They are still unable to provide me any delivery date.

They already have the biggest delivery time on the market, but if additionally they don't deliver on time, not sure we can do.
