Such a terrible experience it is borderline a scam.
My first order was over 3 weeks ago. My first parcel was "lost" after multiple items became out of stock in the time that I was waiting for my order to be shipped for almost 2 weeks. Conveniently, my 2nd parcel has also been lost. Their customer "support" is abysmal. The excuse that you have terrible inventory management is not adequate, that doesn't mean you can offer such a terrible service.

Terrible customer service, long delivery times
EDIT: DELLI’s customer service team were amazing sorting this out and to be fair to them gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever had from any company. It seemed to genuinely matter to them that they’d fallen short and they went above and beyond to solve the problem to my satisfaction. You can’t really ask more than that. Have updated my rating accordingly and will happily try another order from them.
It’s two weeks since this company took my money for quite a costly order, promising delivery within 4 days. Still no sign of my goods. Customer service response was “it’s been sent” - no apology for delay, this was on the day it was due to be delivered which was 9 days after purchase. Seems to be sent on weekday delivery only, so I had to pay DPD for a delivery upgrade for Saturday (yesterday). Parcel still hasn’t arrived and doesn’t look like it’s coming today as tracking still has it at depot.
Just don’t bother - late orders
As many others have said, just don’t bother unless you want 0 communication and delayed delivery times. Do not order for gifts as it just won’t arrive in time and customer service will be deliberately obfuscating and vague. I felt like I was working there the amount I was chasing them to give me basic updates on when I could expect redelivery.
Not worth the massive headache the continuous delivery issues caused.

I LOVE Delli! They’re one of my favourite online merchants. The food and condiments are incredible and i could spend hours scrolling through all the amazing options.
The customer service team are amazing too and i use them a lot for presents or for myself!!
SENT PRODUCTS FOR TESTING NO FEEDBACK AT ALL -
Sent our products to DELLI for testing to see if they wanted to list them. Filled in the application forms, received the instructions to send, sent and got proof of receipt from the courier. 3 months later after countless times attempting to contact them for feedback absolutely no response what so ever. No phone number to call, emails, social instagram and facebook zero response also.

My order came really quickly and the products on the website are very good for unique items. I had to email in and got an efficient response with my issue fixed straight away. Really happy.
Turned bad experience into good
Editing my review as it wasn’t fair to leave it negative.
My parcel got stopped with evri for few days then returned to delli warehouse.
Not dellis fault just delivery service being funny again.
Their customer service is very lovely and helpful.
Resolved the issue in hours. I wasn’t sure about delli at first and the delivery issue put me off but their customer service and quality of the products is just insane.
Probably best peanut butters I have tried.
It’s all small(er) business and so so yummy, I can’t stay mad.

A great gift!
A great gift!
Instead of the usual flowers, I wanted to send something a bit more fun, and DELLI delivered! They have a really cool selection of items. I chose one of their recipe boxes, paired it with a nice bottle of wine, and sent it to a colleague for his birthday. He absolutely loved it.

Excellent shopping experience with Delli Market. High quality, award-winning product range created by independent producers that are otherwise so difficult to find in the large supermarkets. I got the Dudu chilli oils which were fantastic! Customer service and delivery experience was great too.
Missing items
Placed an order as a gift. When the gift arrived the main part was missing out of stock. I had received no notification that it was out of stock. It then took 2 days to act on a refund which I have still not received. I would not use again.

Amazing Product Range vs Amazing Customer Service
I love the product range at Delli and recommend Delli to friends. I had an order go missing en route (lost or damaged in transit) with their delivery company and after a week in limbo I wanted to cancel my order because the items had missed a deadline I had. The two emails I sent to Delli showed me how fantastic their customer service is: speedy response to my questions and when I cancelled the order, they refunded me and reshipped me the items anyway. Wow - I was not expecting that and it makes me want to remain a customer all the more.

Like an idiot, I put a wrong address on my order. Delli responded to my email asking for help and redirected my parcel. They have a wide range of lovely products available and I've found they make excellent gifts. Everything I've ordered has been dispatched promptly and has been well packaged. I just need to order something for myself as well now. Thank you!

Fantastic unique selection
I don’t think I have ever seen any of what Delli offer in any supermarkets or local delis, which makes them a wonderful unique gift. All of the gifts I chose were fantastic. I had an issue with delivery (which was the fault of DPD) but Delli resolved it swiftly.
