Wow! Ordered from Netherlands to Ireland on 5/12/25 eventually delivered 5/1/26.
3-4 days delivery time? All ok now as they are refunding my €4.95 delivery charge! Was told, delivery delayed and guaranteed by 24th December, then 29th then 30th then 2nd/3rd then out for delivery on 4th. Arrived on 5th. Great. They are refunding me €4.95 for postage?????!!!!!
Whoop whoop! I am sorry, not good enough. Regardless, I will never order from them again, suggest you don’t do likewise to avoid disappointment.

On Friday, October 3rd I put in an order ( 17xxxxxx) for 13 perfumes.
On Tuesday, October 7th you changed me DKK xxxx.
On Friday October 10th you emailed me to inform me my order couldn’t be sent due to high traffic (whatever that means).
Just now Monday, October 14th, you send me a new email informing me that you actually don’t have 12 out of the 13 perfumes I ordered in your warehouse!
All the receipts are attached!

I don’t even want to get into how wrong everything about this process is!

Therefore I just want to cancel the whole order and get reimbursed 100%!

I’m awaiting your response and my money ASAP!”

Har fået mine penge tilbage, så det er en lettelse. Men jeg vil stadig fraråde jer til at handle ved Deloox.

I never ordered something in the store but they charge me for 168 der so take care it is a fake company

Products are fake. If I didn't throw out now, I will never. One parfum has a smell of the cheapest colon water, the other smell of the cheap soap. I have just received them and I am most likely scammed. Option for return of the open products doesn't exist. Most likely it will finish in the garbage. All people that advertise this products as a good products should be shamed.

I ordered 2 items but only received 1. The whole process has been a nightmare. They requested an absurd amount of information from me, and despite sending everything they asked for, they’re now insinuating that I didn’t submit it correctly and refusing to proceed. This level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs. The bad reviews are completely justified.

I tried to buy one product, but the payment didn’t go through. When I tried again, it ended up making two orders instead of just fixing the first one.

I’ve kept both items because is difficult for me to return it, but since the mistake was because of the website, I’ve contacted customer service to cover the cost of the shipping for the second order.

Customer service was quite slow at replying but they refunded my second order, that’s why I changed my review to 5 starts.
