Very poor customer service order delayed


Paid for on 2 December due for delivery on 12 December and still not received on 19 December.
Going around in circles between Deloox and GLS the courier being used in Ireland.
First reply from deloox was ‘we had a problem checking your order’
I rang and they advised that it would be delivered no later than 22 December. I later received an e-mail from deloox today to say the delivery date is now 24 December.
I can see from shipping information that package is in Ireland since 17 December.
No reply to e-mails from GLS and can’t get through on the phone. Deloox stating they can’t do anything but that I can refuse the order and when they get the package back they will issue a refund!!
Really really poor customer service.

Easy to buy easy so check out, when my purchase was delayed because of Bpost in Belgium i reached out to the customer service and they answered in 2 days with information about my package, they contact Bpost for me and they said it will be fixed soon, the day after i got an update from Bpost. Great service👏🏼

I still havent received my order

I still havent received my order. the courier GLS have not delivered it. the driver has produced no proof of delivery & GLS are not communicating.

I haven’t received any package yet.

I bought a perfume on November 28 and the website said delivery would take 3–5 business days. It’s now December 11 and nothing has arrived. My attempt to contact customer support resulted only in an automatic reply stating that I would receive a response within 5 days (sent on December 9). GLS tracking first said the package would be delivered on December 9 — no courier showed up (I checked my CCTV). The next day the tracking changed to “on the way to the parcel center,” and it’s been stuck like that since. GLS phone support is basically useless because the call disconnects while waiting. So now I’m without the money and without the perfume that was supposed to be a gift. I even bought a second perfume from this site because of the good reviews, and I have to say this whole experience is not encouraging.

If I don’t get the first package in the next day or two, I’ll be asking for a refund. Based on what I’ve experienced, this might be my last time shopping here. And I’m not buying the excuse that it’s “the courier’s fault” — if a courier can’t handle deliveries, the company should switch to another.
UPDATE: The package was delivered on December 12, i.e. one day after my review. In favor of the company Deloox is the fact that the main cause of the delay was the transport company. However, considering that many people had previously raised this issue, Deloox should either change the shipping service provider or update the delivery time information on its website (this would help avoid unnecessary misunderstandings). Another downside in my opinion is the time it takes to receive a specific response from the seller (in my case, I was told to wait five business days, as that was the time the transport company had to respond). This could be handled faster and would certainly strengthen customer trust. As for the products themselves, so far I have no objections and everything looks good.

Delighted with my order

Delighted with my order, that was the second time I've ordered from Deloox. Kept up to date with delivery and all went smoothly, but I put in another order last week and there has been very poor information from GLS the parcel seems to be stuck in France with no updates. Fingers crossed

I was very happy with my purchase …

I was very happy with my purchase everything arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The only issue was with the courier, which was a bit confusing. In my case, delivery took about a week longer than expected. However, the items did arrive safely, and apart from that I have no complaints. The products are of great quality and very good value.
