Excellent work

Delivery was rapid, I ordered 2 colonges that I'd use and both were well under the price of what I'd pay, the CK, was for a snippet of the price that I'd normally pay, so I was sceptical as to whether they were original colonges, but to my surprise, they were originals now I'd go nowhere else for my purchases, it'll be Deloox from now on, I have already looked for other colonges that I'd use and indeed, they're far cheaper than any store or other website that I've seen out there. The CK in 200ml and Le Male in 200ml is just a start, Fahrenheit is next, then creed etc.

I would highly recommend Deloox for your purchase and delivery via courier within a few days was epic.

I received an empty packet, without the perfume i had ordered. I was told to send pictures of the empty packet.
It' been a week since then with no response.
I have never seen such an indifference in other sites. Very dissapointed

The company had the perfume my wife wanted, the ordering process was simple. The perfume arrived about 7 days after it was due to be delivered but that wasn’t a major problem for me. I would use deloox again

The customer service I received when enquiring the whereabouts of my extremely late package was terrible,Why over promise and underdeliver and then keep sending emails advising our customer service is busy? But the prices and quality of the fragrances when received is Really good. But after this experience I think I will stick with makeup.ie or Notino.

On web site is written 1-6 working days delivery but even after 6 workings days order was not shipped and status for one item still ordered.
Customer service not respond on mail.

I got mail parcel and all items were ok.
Deloox can be very good company if will improve customer services - at least reply on mails on time.
I corrected my rate from 1 to 4 and hopefully next time i will have better experience.

Update!!! I don't understand, what is your point? It was delivered after one week, so after I had traveled. The product was not for myself, so again pointless to buy anything from your shop if customers have any time constraints. The mentioned timing is simply not true on the page.
