The shopping experience was good
The shopping experience was good, found the perfumes I wanted.
However, the air bags in the package were broken when they were delivered, I would expect more protection in the package for perfumes to be honest.
Also the shipping fee is quite high, and it doesn't matter what you order or for how much

Lousy company
Unfortunately, it is not possible to give 0 stars, but now it is almost a month since I bought an item for 850 kr.. Deloox has long since withdrawn the money, but the item has still not arrived. I have called and emailed the company many days ago, but get no answer. The item is apparently still in a GLS depot. Lousy company. It was a gift for my wife.
