I ordered my trainers early April. The status of my order had not moved in 7 days from the initial “processing” stage & I had received no information from Deloxusa. I contacted customer services who told me they were experiencing high levels of orders & from confirmation of shipping delivery would be 3-7 days. After a further two weeks the status still hadn’t changed and I still had not received any further updates. I asked for a refund as I had ordered elsewhere, and they arrived in 3 days. I was then told Deloxusa would offer 15% discount as a good will gesture, however as I now had my trainers, there was no point, so again I asked for a refund. I was told on the 4th May this had been requested & the refund would appear in my bank, within 3-7 working days. It’s now the 18th May and I have no refund. I really would not buy anything from this company as it feels like a scam! I think I’m going to have to fight to get my money refunded if it’s refunded at all.

I seem to have had exactly the same experience as many other people in that the item I ordered has not been delivered and there is no indication of it ever being so. I suspect this is a scam.

I emailed the customer service team and did receive a reasonably swift response stating that they were very busy and that I should expect further delays.

I have replied again asking for the order to be cancelled and money returned ASAP.

Extremely long delivery time. Sporadic responses to emails, often at unusual hours like midnight, and always with the same AI type response. I don’t believe the hokas are genuine and want a refund but they are stalling. A terrible company and I will be going to trading standards.

Do not order anything from this site it is a SCAM. I have reported them via CAB to trading standards. They have taken my money and are not communicating with me at all. No refund no nothing !! Please don’t buy anything from them they must be making millions from ignoring people like me. I feel a complete idiot for placing my order and trusting they would be a genuine organisation..

I would rate this company less than one star if I could. I purchased shoes over a month ago and they are yet to arrive. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times with the same response which states they are having delays. I have asked for a refund, my request was ignored. Absolutely disgusting with the products not coming from the UK as per the website but out of China. Save your money and find a reputable on line store.

Ordered a pair of trainers over a month ago. No delivery so asked for a refund.

Was finally told a refund would be issued in 3-7 days. Still waiting after 2 weeks and ignoring all attempts to contact them.

Ordered some trainers on April 21st, still haven't even got a tracking number on May 13th. Latest message said the trainers may be delivered in the 3rd of 4th week of May!
Have now asked for refund.

Ordered shoes 2 months ago. No delivery updates. Customer service unresponsive. Asked multiple times for return directions so I could immediately return item - if it ever shows up - but requests have also been ignored.

Worst online experience i have ever had

Over 1 months and I did not recive my order and I been in contact via numerous emails back and forward with them

I will give it one week then will start dispute with my bank to get refund

My advise: do not buy from them at all unless you willing to through your money or risk it

Ordered Hoka shoes. After weeks with no tracking available, they arrived. Wrong size and FAKE.

Do not use this company, order placed in early April for a pair of running trainers, no delivery by 10th May! No updates, the tracking information provides no details and the contact number just rings out, it isn’t eve in the UK as the website suggests! Multiple emails and no response! Do not buy from this company!!

PLEASE do not order from this site I ordered trainers over a month ago still haven’t got them I asked for a refund said could take up to 7 days still not received that either now I am getting messages saying how I wasn’t happy with my product to send photos how can I send photos of something I haven’t received yet pure scam I am £65 out of pocket and nothing g to show for it absolutely disgraceful please don’t buy from here

I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers from Deloxusa.com on 12th April. I contacted them on 3 separate occasions asking when my item would arrive. They sent me some tracking information, however, this only informed me (item not found) . This company should not be trading & taking customers money with no intention of forwarding any goods purchased. It is now 8th May and I have contacted my bank to chase them up for a refund. In my opinion this company is nothing but a SCAM.

Absolute scam operation. Ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and still no tracking update, no delivery, and zero accountability from customer service. Every email gets ignored or answered with useless automated rubbish. Feels like they happily take your money and disappear.

Customer support is completely hopeless and clearly trained to avoid actually helping anyone. No transparency, no updates, no professionalism. At this point it looks like a fake business running a scam rather than a legitimate online store.

Avoid Deloxusa at all costs unless you enjoy throwing your money into a black hole. Bunch of scammers.

Please keep away from this supplier. Total waste of money . I ordered a pair of running shoes which never appeared . Fortunately I paid with a credit card who have now taken the matter in hand

I paid for a Jackett but was sent a jacket which was no where near what i paid for and was very old. i asked for a full refund they refused. Terrible company. Avoid as much as possible. Chinese scammmers

Tiresome emails making excuses for poor customer service. Repeating my request for refund endlessly after a 4 week wait for damaged goods poor quality and bad fit Hoka running shoes . Now trying to get the free returns label which is taking forever as keep gettting automoted emails suggesting I make a replacement option but it’s just endless back and forth emails asking for money back on poor quality long long delivery from CHINA which was misrepresented in their UK based website
So exhausting I would save yourself the bother and buy from reputable company which I didn’t realise at the time
