Noah Hills was good . He promised to have my car Transported from TN to Texas and he did. He kept in contact with me the whole time my car was transported and he was easy to reach at all times.

Bait & Switch with a $200 deposit
Waited last minute like most do to raise the price. REPORT THEM! Carshipping should not be more than $700……. If outsource people are calling you don’t move forward. The worst part is you can’t find anyone directly when it comes to carship.
I will dispute and chargeback the deposit that was taken. May your company burn and crash.

I was looking at a car in Orlando Florida. It was just the vehicle I needed for a short-term project that I was getting involved with. Everything looked perfect, so we checked on plane tickets and figured to fly down and drive it back. For some reason, I checked online for auto shipping and looked at quite a few, I called and got a quote which was a heck of a lot less than flying down and driving it back, so I made the arrangements, wired the owner the money, and called Delta back to confirm the shipment date. They told me that they send their driver with in 24 hour. WOW Well, they picked the car up on Nov 5, which was delivered to me on Nov 7. I couldn't believe how quickly it traveled 1300 miles. The driver kept in touch with me, and sorry but he was stuck in traffic congestion around the New York, New Jersey area and he was going to be late. Driver delivered my vehicle safe and sound at door step. I am happy they provided me with very good customer service, and I would recommend Delta to anyone looking to get a car shipped. Very fast, and true to their word, and I am a happy customer.

It was very difficult but when you think, you can do it.
Working with Delta Auto was my first experience and the things were note helpings for both of the parties but allowing them some flexibility and time limits make the difference and in the end results were very good. Working with Steven was nice experience as he really helped me and I do appreciate for that.

The Good and The Bad
Reached out delta to get my deposit back, Zack decided to hold my deposit as hostage in return for removing the bad review I posted yesterday. He threatened me that if I didn’t comply I would never see my deposit. I reached out to the supervisor, Sam Ross and he was more accepting and heard me out and guaranteed that my deposit was not in danger and he would insure a speedy refund…he kept his word.
I promised Sam that I would give him a good review…this is it, try hiring better employees and don’t mess with people’s hard earn money

I have used this company twice recently, working with Frank Miller both times. They delivered everything they promised and Frank was upfront and honest about pricing and delivery times. He also checked in continuously thought the entire experience. I was given a good price for shipping my car, and my car arrived one day earlier than the original date undamaged!He is my go-to whenever I ship in the future.

Got off to a little bit of a rocky start as my vehicle required a driver with a winch in order to pull the truck onto their trailer as it was not in running condition. It cost a little more than initially quoted, but James explained the situation to me very thoroughly and I feel like he truly did his best to find me the best rate given the circumstance and kept me in the loop every step of the process. Truck was delivered and transaction was smooth and simple. Quick to respond and always very polite. I will definitely use Delta Auto Dispatch if the occasion should arise in the future and recommend their services to anyone!

ON OCTOBER 4, 2023, I ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT TO HAVE A TRUCK SHIPPED FROM WEST COAST TO EAST COAST. I WAS QUOTED A COST OF $690, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS INCREDIBLY LOW, BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TRANSPORTING A VEHICLE, AND I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT THE RATES TO BE. PICK UP WAS SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 15. ON OCTOBER 14 I GET A TEXT INFORMING ME THAT NO ONE COULD POSSIBLY SHIP A TRUCK FROM CALIFORNIA TO SOUTH CAROLINA FOR LESS THAN $1200. OBVIOUSLY, I FOUND THIS NEWS TO BE BOTH SURPRISING AND DISCOURAGING. AFTER WASTING AN ENTIRE SATURDAY AFTERNOON GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH RONEY, I VOIDED OUR AGREEMENT AND ASKED FOR A REFUND OF MY $90 DEPOSIT. I FELT BOTH MISLED AND BETRAYED, AND THUS LOST ANY FAITH THAT THIS COMPANY COULD SAFELY DELIVER MY TRUCK. OVER THE NEXT 3 DAYS I WAS HARASSED BY RONEY TO REMOVE A REVIEW ON THIS SITE POSTED BY A THIRD PARTY WHO WAS AWARE OF, AND DISTURBED BY THE SITUATION AS IT UNFOLDED. IT IS ONE THING TO NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER ON A BID THAT WAS CLEARLY UNDERSOLD TO SECURE MY PATRONAGE, IT IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT MANNER THAT I WAS HARASSED TO THE POINT OF BLOCKING HIS PHONE NUMBER OVER A 100% TRUTHFUL REVIEW OF OUR SCENARIO...AND AGAIN, I DIDNT EVEN WRITE THE REVIEW! I ASSURED RONEY THAT IF I WAS REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT, I WOULD WRITE MY OWN REVIEW TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT, AND AS A MAN OF MY WORD, I AM DOING JUST THAT. I GIVE 2 STARS BECAUSE IN THE END, I WAS OUT A LOT OF TIME, EXPERIENCED MUCH FRUSTRATION, BUT LOST NO MONEY. IF A BID FROM RONEY SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!

I looked up many companies to transport my Honda CR-V from CO to NY. DELTA AUTO DISPATCH quote was reasonable and not expensive. I appreciated the customer service and the guy was very professional and patient with my many questions. I greatly appreciated the timeline via chat that was provided to know where in the process. The reason for giving 5 stars is the following. The car was picked up and delivered exactly on the scheduled date and time. The driver called at least 2 hours before delivering the car and noticed us exact timings. Even though my apartment unit was a little farther than the address we gave initially, but driver waited patiently until we reached it.
Amazing service, would use it again.

My contact at Delta was Mark Wilson. My daughter and I had been through a nightmare scenario of several months from her being sold a vehicle by a company in Jeffersonville Indiana named New Hope, which evidently was named wrong. This company should have been named No Hope!!! I attempted to go down to a garage yard it was stored at after only making it 30 miles, and get it running good enough to make it back to Michigan. We made it 110 miles to a town outside of Indianapolis. Needles to say they-No Hope had zero compassion for my daughter and got her for $5,000. This is where Mark Wilson enters the picture. He was one of the most compassionate and professional people I have ever dealt with in my lifetime and I am 61 years old. I told him about our predicament and he set me at ease right from the start. Throughout the entire process of getting my daughters vehicle delivered to her yesterday morning, he was the most reassuring, compassionate and professional individual you would ever want to have on your behalf in such a horrible situation. In less than a week from start to finish he restored both my and my daughters faith in humanity. God Bless you Mark Wilson. I highly recommend Delta and remember to ask for Mark Wilson!!!

I had found this company to transport my car from North Carolina to Texas and the company stated they had a driver that was already in NC and prior to arriving the driver saw that his pick up truck with the trailer in the back wouldn't fit in the parking lot instead of parking in the center lane of the roadway and he knocked the townhome community mailbox out of the ground and I was then skeptical about continuing to do business and the driver didn't speak English so I had to communicate in his language on a translator app and he said he'd deliver my car to Houston since he was familiar with the area since he lives in the city my car was being transported too and I was told my car would be delivered on Monday morning which I communicated that I booked a flight Sunday night and I'd arrive at 12:30am Monday morning and the driver said to contact him so I could get my car and even offered to pick me up from the airport but not in my car... He wanted to pick me up in his vehicle.. After I had to pay someone to pick me up from the airport then I arrived at my destination and he texted me again that he likes me a lot and wants me to be his friend to learn my language and he wanted to offer to pick me up again but told me he couldn't give me my car because he was at a party having fun so I responded that he can have all of the fun he like after we finish business and I receive my car but when I called the company back they didn't answer and immediately texted me stating they'd call me in 2 hours as if me receiving my car wasn't important and even after I threatened to call the cops they still didn't care and I told the guy that his driver is trying to mix business with pleasure and I wasn't too fond of that and he ignored my complaint over the phone about the driver and I felt like the company could've decreased my fee since the mailbox damage was an inconvenience to previous neighbors and made me feel very uncomfortable with the driver but they charged me a total of $750!!!!! They were very insensitive, unprofessional, unreliable, and only doing business for the money not being personable with the customers and giving friendly customer satisfaction. I am very displeased and I wish I would've driven from NC to TX because I only would've spent around $400 for fuel but didn't want to add mileage on my car. You cannot track the status of your car location with this company either.
