Delta have carried out the approved inspector role for all of our Architectural extension and newbuild projects for the last 18 months. The service has been brilliant and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs building control approval.
Delta carried out building control for a significant canopy build on my premises. Over the 16 week period of the build they were first rate in terms of knowledge, communication and customer service.
Highly recommend their services, for any building projects
Whilst converting a property from mixed use to residential, DELTA have provided exceptional services liasing with building control. I will certainly be using them again in the future. I highly recommend them.
I used Delta to draw up plans and handle the building regulation approvals. The plans included the calculations of an internal steel.
The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently and priced competitively. James and his team did a brilliant job.
