The worst

The worst. Idk what changed but their prices were affordable but not any more. I placed an order almost a month ago and still haven’t received it. This is completely ridiculous for how much I spent. When asking for a refund….radio silence. I will never refer this company to ANYONE!!!

This is a badly abused company.

Delta Extrax has been my favorite vendor of D9 vaporizers, their products help me with sleep and often are a go to vape for anxiety. Having my two Delta Extrax vapes of about 1.5 months age start routinely clogging wasn't fun, so I went and ordered online a bundle package but then there was a problem with the credit card. I emailed them to cancel the order, they said the order was canceled and refunded me but someone in shipping let the package slip thru.

Company said to me "Don't bother sending it back, we like having loyal customers who purchase at retail, we know your purchase history, consider these a bonus gift for your loyalty to us."

Due to the nature of the product return shipping isn't possible, so the blunder in the shipping room is my gain and a easy tax write off for the company as shipping error.

End of the day this gives the company a ratings lift as they're for some reason struggling in the ratings despite having stellar products that *JUST WORK!*

D9THC is an overlooked hero in the cannabis industry. We have an ounce of cannabis going for over $300 now at market in Chicago while a D9 pen can range from $15 for the smallest to $69.99 for a jumbo at the wholesaler. add about $10 for retail.

Delta Extrax lets you buy at wholesale deck pricing online with so much convenience it's honestly too convenient compared to heading to the smoke/vape/herbals shop and looking through their many herbals.

Delta Extrax's error is a gain for them, further cementing loyalty from a consumer who was thinking and trying other pen manufacturers. I tried Chapo, I tried BLAZE I tried a bunch and while some had lower clog rates I must say.

Chapo was the highest clog rate. Delta Extrax amongst four tested pens (two which won't be named) ranked #2 in reliability just behind a local cannabis dispensaries pens.

I feel that Delta Extrax has their terpene mixes on the money but the equipment could use further fine tuning. The two pens I received have definitely changed slightly.

The pen body on the Next Generation Vaporizer (NGV) is smaller in addition to sadly a smaller NGV battery. Though the tank is MASSIVE, they crammed 7g of extremely high quality terp sauce into such a tiny device. They also have made the opening for the mouthpiece on the NGV much smaller, it's more comfortable between the lips and from what I observe I believe the NGV will be a much lower clog risk which could push Delta Extrax into the #1 spot for reliability.

In a market where reliability is mixed and terp sauces can range from great to terrible Extrax keeps theirs stable.

Other manufacturers, from batch to batch you might get a pen thats clog happy but Delta Extrax, if you just purchase NGV sauces and let them empty out their stock of older 2nd Generation (red) vaporizers then you won't be worrying about clogs.

I've also noted that their pens clog a lot less than Urbs pens which have a rather high clog rate and sadly recovering an Urb pen from a clog is not as easy as doing a high pressure draw on a Extrax pen, typically I never have to get the tweezers to clear my Extrax, one deep heavy draw and it's cleared.

I don't get hot splatter in my mouth either though sadly the extra sauce stays trapped in the mouthpiece until it is cleaned. I strongly recommend Delta Extrax and if you have an older 2nd Generation vaporizer from them I recommend thin alcohol pads and a thin metal spatula tweezer to aid with cleaning your mouthpiece.

I really do not know why people are beating this company up when they are probably one of the nicest companies in this industry.

Great company

Great company, been ordering from them regularly for about 2.5 years now, and have had mostly really great experiences. I loved their Wreck’d series but had been discontinued, so now I go with Adios MF blend and it’s really great, smooth great taste and good results! Delivery is Always fast, usually only 4 or 5 days max, great customer service too, they answer all of my annoying questions to them. I Used To buy Binoid and 3 Chi but since discovering Delta Extrax I only use them bc prices are better and honestly their quality is the best imo

12 days since my order

12 days since my order. The order has been packed and ready for shipping for two days. I have communicated with the company and they said it takes five business days and will take up to ten more once shipped. They didn’t expect more orders over 4/20 weekend when they had a sale?! Take care of your customers. Ridiculous. Never ordering from here again.

I should have searched before I placed…

I should have searched before I placed my order. Same experience, I reached out to support. They referenced the FAQ that it takes up to 4 business days for order processing. After the 4 days, I responded back and have not heard back. Luckily, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Do not order from this website.

I placed an order on December 24

I placed an order on December 24, understanding that the order may be delayed due to the holiday. I received notification that my order shipped on December 31 and will not arrive until January 6. This is the second time I have experienced an issue with shipping. The first time I encountered a problem receiving my order, I received a track shipping link from another customer's order. I tried to contact customer service via email and phone multiple times but never received a call or message back. I was concerned that the other customer may have received my order and information just as I received his.

I have used delta extrax for over a…

I have used delta extrax for over a year now and have only had one previous issue that was resolved quickly with customer service but this time idk if i will ever order again, i ordered my package on the Nov. 29th knowing it might take a bit to get here bc of the holidays which is fine, but when i got the notification the shipping label was created on December 4th i was surprised bc normally that means it will be here in about 5-6 days max, its now the 12th and still says shipping label created, so i have submitted a few tickets with customer service and absolutely no response, im very disappointed bc not only do i use these products myself but i work at a shop and constantly are recommending these to my customers. I dont know if i can do that anymore.

Delta Extrax is not a trustworthy business

I ordered from them on November 30 and it's December 10th and still haven't received my order so I told them I want a refund and they're telling me they don't have it anymore which they do because when I track the package through USPS it says USPS is still awaiting the item. I spent $113.57 and they still refuse to give me a refund. I'll never order from this crappy company ever again.

Today is December 12th, 2024 and now I have no packages on the USPS tracking site and the Route Protection still won't let me file a claim. I'm filing a civil action on them. I also contacted USPS just waiting on them to investigate this matter further. Will update soon.

Today is Dec. 13, 2024 and I had the USPS investigate this matter and apparently there hasn't been any physical scans by them therefore Delta Extrax never shipped anything just provided a virtual tracking number and today Savage Enterprises which is Delta Extrax sent me another email saying they provided me with free Route Protection which I already paid $3.60 on November 30, 2024. I got the BBB working on this and disputed with Chime because that's what USPS told me to do. Will update soon.

Today is December 16, 2024 and Delta Extrax is still lying to me about them not having my package. It still says it's in pre-shipment so they still have it. I don't recommend paying for Route Protection because they don't follow their own policies and are located in the Phillipines but have an address in Lehi, Utah.

Today is December 18, 2024 and I got an email from the BBB stateing they sent my complaint to Delta Extrax and soon after Delta Extrax sent me an email stating they issued a refund of $113.57 but doesn't state how long it will take to get one. It's funny how long they've been saying they didn't have my package and couldn't issue a refund. If I was anyone that didn't receive their order I would contact the BBB and USPS because Delta Extrax are sending virtual tracking numbers and not actually sending out packages. Will update soon about my refund.

Today is December 20, 2024 and I have received my refund of $113.57 finally after all the lies that Delta Extrax was emailing me. Thanks for all the help Better Business Bureau and the USPS.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Abysmal customer service. And damaged leaking product.

I placed an order on Sunday evening. There was no progress all day on Moday so I sent an email Monday evening. No response to the email. But…They printed a shipping label, creating the illusion product had been shipped, when in reality, the order hadn’t even been picked yet. So I sent another email. No response. From either email. Abysmal customer service.
PRODUCT WAS PICKED UP BY USPS ON THURSDAY. FOUR DAYS TO PULL AN ORDER. ABYSMAL SERVICE.

Then, when thenproduct did arrive, one of the items was clearly damaged and leaking and the disposable vape pen is malfunctioning.

And the product is average at best.

I gave them one star because the product did actually show up. But of course, it’s barely usable.

And for the record, no response to the complaint about faulty product email either.

Not sure how they are still in business.

I have actually been along time…

I have actually been along time customer YEARs I have severe arithritis.I ordered over 111 dollars worth of product on Oct 16 2024 ,hoping to get my order After Oct22 because hip replacement surgery. They took my money ,no product not even a response. I have no clue what is happening with that company! rt now dont give them any money until this is straightened out..its devastating to me because I am a senior and I dont have money to throw away! They have a great product but so sad what is happening

Harmful ingredients

Been taking the lights out gummies, this time around I am waking up middle of the night with a racing heart and high blood pressure. Gave my sis 1/4 of one and had to take her to the emergency room. Blood pressure was 210/95
