Great.. Exchaned on their own cost. I have two now. Works pretty fine. It helps together with working the wrist out pretty well.

I have nothing but great things to say about Delta hub, the site is easy to use, the products are fantastic, I brought the Carpio 2.0 and trhe difference it makes is incredible. I play hours and hours at a time, after 6 or so hours I was getting pain in my wrist until I get the Carpio 2.0 and now, no pain no matter how long I use the computer.

I purchased a carpio 2.0 that after 5 months of usage, I understood that was not right for me. I contacted the support that helped me instantly with a product exchange with a different size and now is perfect. Great experience, great customer service and amazing products!

I was advised against getting this by a pro player I knew, and I should have listened. While I am impressed with the build quality, functionally it falls flat. I thought this would offer more wrist support, but it just isn't feasible for long periods of time or during intense gaming sessions, or even casual work sessions. The texture doesn't offer enough grip, nor does the design hold your wrists in place well enough. You can spend all the time in the world finding a keyboard, mouse, and pad that works for you, but this doesn't meet the bar in my opinion. I couldn't recommend it with a straight face to others. Packaging/Quality - 4 star, functionality - 1 star.

Sure, they are great things like Sydney Sweeney but then there's also these wrist rests. These are the greatest get the set like Sydney did.

If you can buy it on sale, it is definitely worth it. It is really, really expensive for a wrist rest, but it does work really well. I am glad I have one for work.

Amazing experience. I purchased the delay carpio and received a defective unit. The customer support team at deltahub was quick to respond and went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. How they replied created a customer for life.

It really fixed my wrist paint but the price is really a lot.

It has been over a month and tracking says nothing has shipped yet.

The product is uncomfortable. I have tried several times over weeks and months and I have stopped using them altogether. They seem like a gimmick that is less comfortable than a bare surface.

Do not buy the carpio unless you tried a friend’s or at a store and liked them.

I haven't recieved the product. It was supposed to be delivered Nov 24th. I was home the entire time it never came, said they needed more details.
Then said it would be delivered nov 28th it's December 2nd as of now and still haven't recieved the item.

I wanted to buy a set of Carpio 2.0 but for months I said to myself "what if it's gonna be BS and regret the purchase?" untill recently when I went all in and got them delivered to my door. Using them ever since, worth every penny. Very comfy, and now sitting at the desk doesn't feel like a fatigue obligation for my wrists! Would reccomend and would buy myself a 2nd pair in case my will worn out! Keep it up Delta Hub! ❣️🫂

Didn't have a good experience overall with their customer service. I received the product a month later than expected, and have been using it for over two weeks, and so far I believe the silicon alternative I used before was better than carpio. The only advantage of carpio is that you can move it around. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the purchase at all.
