Total Scam, parcel not sent to my address and instead sent to a delivery hub weeks later when I was a way so I could not collect so parcel was returned to them.

Have contacted them numerous times over the last 4 weeks and asked for it to be resent / refunded and they keep saying they need a new address. I only live on one place.

Awful service - scam.

Absolute scam! I ordered a box of these adult socks 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. No email receipt with details of my order, no tracking details, no product delivered. They definitely took my money but fortunately I used PayPal and got it back.

Ordering products from an organization who uses profits for worthy causes is a win-win strategy. The level of professionalism, the quality of the products and the overall experience from ordering to receiving the shipment left us 100% satisfied.

Knowing each buy helps cats is significant. As well the socks are qualitative and delays very good.

This is my second order and this time I ordered kids and adult socks and they are definitely different sizes (an improvement) and with the anti-slip pads on the kids version, great idea, but why not for adults too?
Also bought 2 pairs of gloves (thinking to pair with the kids socks) but one pair was enormous (like a size 10 adult) and the other a small size. So had to rethink the recipients.
Overall satisfied, and it helps the cats :)
