Thank you for a very good service. Fast shipping, everything was in perfect order, very nice packaging. The only thing i can complain about is that UPS has a bad service, they just left the package in front of the door they didnt bother to ring at the door. But overall very happy. Multumim de martisor.

Quick delivery, high quality products
Very easy to order via the app, quick delivery, high quality products that remind one of home. One of the products was not available this time, so I was called before the delivery of the order to fix the situation - the product was replaced with something else, of similar quality and price. This is very nice, as many companies decide not to deliver if something is not available, without asking the buyer for another alternative. I will order again from Delumani.

Bad service this time. The food is also not realy good.
Chek the product valability. This time almoust all products ware over the facturation date. So l had to throw away few of the products after few days.
Besides l didn't get all my products sent.
I sent an email as complained, and l didn't get not even an answer back.

we checked your order and I saw you placed it on 14th December and on 20th the Parcel was in your possession. So for the delivery point of view we don't see any problems.
We also checked the bank statements and saw that at refund was made for the 2 missing products.
As for the products being "over the facturation date" we can assure you all our products come directly from the producers and we try to keep them always fresh.
We are sorry you were not like our other thousands of customers happy with our service and products.
We take very seriously our customers satisfaction in consideration.
