am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Deluxe Collections.

I placed an order and paid a significant amount of money. After payment, I was given a tracking number which turned out to be false. I contacted Royal Mail directly, and they confirmed that the tracking number provided had been delivered to an address outside of London — not to my address.

I was also asked to send the payment to a personal bank account rather than the company account I had previously used when ordering from them before. Because I had ordered successfully from them in the past, I trusted them and proceeded with the payment.

Since then, I have been ignored for over a month. My messages have not been properly responded to, and I still have not received my outfit. There has been no explanation, no resolution, and no refund.

Due to the misleading tracking information and lack of communication, I have now reported this matter to Action Fraud and obtained a crime reference number from the police.

I would strongly urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Bought a 2 tracksuits from this company which unfortunately didn’t fit . So I returned them to be told I couldn’t have my money back but a credit note . So ok fine not ideal but will order something else when I see one I like . Ordered another about two months late but Nike bottoms came up ridiculously short so returned them to be told I could only use the credit note once so now I have to keep them. Surely if an item does not fit you should be able to return until something suitable or that you like is ordered to keep? Absolute shambles of a company - AVOID

If l could give zero stars ⭐️ l would, so unprofessional. I ordered this item in the beginning of November. I reached out several times and only once l was told my order was on the way. January 7th was supposed to be my delivery date. But my order never came, now no one is answering my calls. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered anything from them.

No refund

Farah kauser is the owner. She’s a scam. She’s written most of her own 5 star reviews. I want my fukin money back or my dam order fulfilled. Pretty sure she stole my debit card number!!!!

Ordered 2 outfits. Taken money but no outfits delivered. Checked direct with one of the supplier, they have confirmed that this woman is a fraudsfer and no order has been placed with them by this company as they have black listed her. Most of these reviews are done by her. She is called Farah Kauser

This company does not even deserve 1 star! I ordered an outfit over 6 weeks ago paid £152 and I am still waiting for this! The lady is ignoring all my messages!! Do not order from this company!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered one shirt on 11/6 and I’ve yet to have received my item. They keep telling me customs and this and that but I’ve ordered other items after and have received them. They keep sending me my tracking info like I’m not already checking and it’s still in Shanghai since 11/20. I’ve been requesting my money back and they send me tracking info. I’ve reported them to PayPal hoping for my refund soon. Save yourself the money.

Don’t order from this company. They only respond when they want money. I ordered a suit for Eid which I received a day before. I received the outfit and they were not my measurements as the kameez was too tight. I sent this back recorded delivery. They received it but have just ignored my messages. I have ordered from them a few times but after them taking my outfit back and not refunding me I will be contacting trading standards fraud team. This is how they treat their loyal customers. Please don’t order from them. There customer service is horrendous and appalling.

Went into store and managed to grab an outfit last minute for my event thank you so much to owner and her staff for sorting me out

I ordered with deluxe collections for Eid they didn’t deliver. They have my depo and is just ignoring all forms of contact from me. Very dishonest. Shes refusing to refund my depo, avoid at all costs. Iv never faced such bad customer service in the whole of my life

I’ve been using Deluxe Collections online through instagram for several years now. I can honestly say that I have never had any issues with them.
The outfits shown are the latest collections coming out of Pakistan. The fitting and the stitching have been on point. I have never had any problems with communication from them, and the outfits have always been delivered on time. A few times I’ve made changes to the styles, I’ve always been given good advice, and the outfits have been made to my specifications.
Extremely happy customer who will gladly shop with them again.

Avoid this shop...unfortunately we did not look up their reviews before placing an order and I can confirm their negative reviews are 100% true. Take your orders but do not fulfil. The owner avoids any contact with you, was only there to take our money when we placed our order. After that its been impossible to get hold of her(Farha), her store staff are clueless and they will lie out of their teeth. Lack basic principles of customer service!

Wouldn't even give it one star!!
First time shopping here despite the fact knowing other people's suits were not delivered on time. After many visits to the shop as they do not have a contact number to liaise with them I was advised I would have my eid suit delivered today but unfortunately they did not deliver so I do not have a suit to wear for eid now all thanks to them. Worst customer service ever. They sit around not even bothered to serve you just causally sitting around on their phones. They say we have an online team via insta but after many messages still no reply. Will never shop here again. There were other fuming customer in the shop too. If you want your clothes on time or even to have some do not shop here.
Full of lies and promises

She took payment. Was quick to reply when enquiring. I wanted to pay via paypal and she said no because people kept claiming money back so she only accepts bank transfer. Once I made payment, I enquired about my outfit and she said it will be dispatched in a few days. It’s been 3 weeks now and she’s ignoring my calls, messages, she keeps deleting comments. She’s literally a fraud.

Stitching was amazing my outfit looked stunning and came as described with all the extra embellishments

I agree with all the negative comments she took the money and was very friendly initially but once money was transferred she did not reply and took the money i never received my suit a year on or had any acknowledgment or reply. Avoid at all cost

The worst experience ever! I placed an order for 3 outfits and was told I’d receive it on time for Eid, but she doesn’t reply to any messages or WhatsApp, but she’s continuously posting on her story, and every time I comment on her post telling her to reply to my messages, she deletes the comments which goes to show she’s ignoring dm’s on purpose. This is the worst customer experience ever, I know she is doing this to a lot of other customers. If she gave some sort of reassurance or update, it would’ve been ok but she does not reply to anyone at all. Do not buy from her.
