My experience with Deluxy Flowers Delivery has been nothing short of an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. For a company that touts itself as a "premium" flower delivery service, their performance was not only abysmal but frankly, quite scandalous.

Like many, I wanted to send a special floral arrangement for Valentine's Day. I specifically ordered from Deluxy, placing my trust in their supposed premium status for a guaranteed delivery on February 14th. I understood that V-Day is a busy time, which is precisely why I chose a service that claimed to offer superior reliability.

The flowers, naturally, did not arrive on February 14th. This, in itself, was deeply disappointing, leaving my intended recipient without the gesture of love I had planned. However, the true outrage began two full days after the intended delivery date.

On February 16th, I received a message from Deluxy Flowers. To my disbelief, this message informed me that they were unable to deliver the flowers as promised. But wait, it gets infinitely worse. Instead of a heartfelt apology, a full refund, or an explanation for their colossal failure, they had the unmitigated audacity to ask me for extra money to deliver the flowers!

This is beyond ridiculous; it's an outright scam. How can a "premium" service fail to deliver on the promised date (the most important flower-delivery day of the year, no less), wait two days to inform the customer of their failure, and then attempt to extort additional funds to rectify their own mistake?

The humiliation and disappointment caused to both myself and the intended recipient are immeasurable. Valentine's Day is about expressing love and appreciation, and Deluxy completely ruined that special gesture, turning it into a source of frustration and anger. My recipient was left feeling forgotten, and I was left feeling foolish, ripped off, and utterly disgusted by Deluxy's business practices.

Their operational failure, combined with their brazen request for more money days after the fact, paints a picture of a company with zero respect for its customers, its own supposed standards, or basic business ethics. This isn't premium service; it's predatory and incompetent.

I strongly advise anyone considering Deluxy Flowers for any occasion, but especially for crucial dates like Valentine's Day, to look elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache, embarrassment, and potential financial gouging. There are countless other reliable florists who actually deliver on their promises – and on time – without resorting to such outrageous tactics. Deluxy Flowers proved to be nothing more than a premium-priced disappointment.

Absolutely perfect! The ordering process is simple and fun, cake was just like at the picture and tasteful and staff is helpful and kind. Sent question about delivery at Whatsapp and got prompt and precise answer. Thank you for support, we will surely order again.

I used Deluxy Luxury Delivery to send an exclusive box of chocolates to a client of my travel company who was staying in Rome, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The chocolates delivered were truly unique, and my clients were absolutely delighted—not only with the exceptional quality of the gift but also with the luxurious presentation.

I wanted to surprise my mum, and Deluxy was the perfect choice, I couldn't be more satisfied! The quality exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail truly sets them apart. The cakes do not look at all like the images. Not even close. I ordered two cakes, and everything else (order, delivery, contact, etc.) was great, but the design of the cakes are not close to the images. One of them specifically was particularly ugly. It looked like a giant cookie that a toddler made.
