Do not order from Delvora, my order never arrived which was placed in December and I have received zero response from their “customer service” team after multiple emails regarding refund for the order or offer of a replacement and it is now April.
Like all the other reviews this is a scam. I got 3 sets of Lashes and they don't work. They are soooo bad. Like they don't even work a little. I've sent multiple emails to the email on file and no response.

Have received no responses to emails, no delivery and no tracking number. Complete scam just to get your money. I really had hoped this was a legit company on Facebook.
Still not received my order. Not had any responses to my emails querying the status of delivery and the tracking number I have been given is a load of rubbish! It doesn't do anything. Saw this product as an advert on Facebook/ Instagram and stupidly fell for it!

They will take your money then you will never hear from them again. Their website quotes 6 to 9 business days for delivery. Its currently been 16 for me and I have heard nothing from them! Sent 3 emails with no responses.

Pretty mad and quite upset I placed an order for the lashes and I haven't received any order.. No updates, no emails, nothing. How could people do this?! I want my order or my money back!!!!!
If I could put zero stars I would. Total scam - don't buy them - waited 3 weeks for delivery and then they didn't work - huge metal strip that you are supposed to put next to your eyeball and the lashes don't even stay on - even tried to get my expert teenage daughter to apply them and no joy. Waste of time and money.
Scam!
I stupidly bought 3 sets of lashes from Delvora and the money was charged immediately. Then no confirmation email and I tried contacting the company, no response. I told my bank about the scam and after an investigation I was refunded the money. Do not buy them.
