I have been in contact with Josh who has helped me throughout this process and was in contact with me to make sure I was still interested in the product that I was interested in purchasing. The ordering process was easy and the product arrived quickly. We purchased these items for our service schools and have not tried them all, however, they look to be guide quality and they look really good!

Great Experience-

Our Rep, Josh, was fantastic, easy to work with and followed through great. We have the product in hand and are very satisfied.

HOWEVER- Please calm down on the follow up e-mails (automated or otherwise), that come immediately after the purchase. There's a strong chance that if I just spent $3,000+ on product with you, that I'm not going to be ready to spend $3,000 more the very next day or week. Just a couple times a month friendly nudge that you're available, or new product notices would be more than sufficient in keeping you top of mind when we're ready to purchase more swag.

Everything involved in the purchasing and delivery of the power banks was very good. My major complaint is that the instructions for charging the power bank are incorrect. Since these are wedding favors, we needed to print up 175 cards with the correct charging instructions on them.
