I got the hot pink BECKY dress and I’m impressed. The silk material is lovely, wears nice. The cups fit so well, which I was extremely happy about! Overall I think is this dress is great especially for those girl nights out !! It’s adjustable at the bottom of the dress, which I think is great and a cool feature!! Overall very happy and would definitely recommend to a friend!!!

Every single time I have bought a dress from demiblush it has been amazing quality. The sizes are accurate and the material is soft. Would definitely recommend as delivery is quite fast aswell! Absolutely obsessed

Terrible quality, would not buy again!! Put on dress when away to leave the house and both straps broke. Emailed customer service and was told only a replacement strap could be sent out as the security ribbon had been removed. Find it ridiculous considering it hadn’t even been worn 5 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! And reading some of the reviews on here shows that i am not the only one who has experienced this! I bought 2 dresses for my birthday costing a total of £70 for 2 items! I didnt mind at the time as i thought by the pictures that it was high quality products! When they arrived i tried them on in my bedroom for less than 5 minutes as i didnt like the style of them, in this time one strap completely came away from the dress (poor quality) , the other i just put back in the bag as i didnt like it. When returning the process was simple but you have to pay to send back, looked in my bank account and i had only been refunded for one dress ( the one with the broken strap) so i emailed politely asking when ill be refunded for the other, to which i got you wont, heres a picture of the dress we cant re sell it therefore no refund! However i hadnt even noticed this trying on, ( the underwire of the corset part of the dress had come through the material)! Again showing poor quality for minimal time wearing, but also could have been damaged on delivery or demi blush may not have realised themselves when sending to me. I completely understand that people can take the return policies for granted and so i understand why they may have to be strict, but when i was sent 2 faulty dresses, but only 1 refunded it’s disgusting! especially because they obviously know this must be a common fault as they were happy to refund one but not the other (obviously quick fixed the other dress). This is extreme poor customer service and i work in the customer facing industry as a manager, and instead of just refunding me my money and apologising, they just said no and have ignored my latest email to them! DO NOT BUY would hate for anyone else to go through this terrible experience, when they’re products are expensive but very poor quality.

They would not refund me for an item i tried on and said it was damaged because 2 stitches were broken? Which isnt even that visible and was there before hand! Do not buy!

HADN'T even tried the dress on and I could see it was way too small. Decided to return and I got a message denying my refund due to the dress being faulty despite me not even trying it on !!!

The 'proof sent was a picture of the zipper which didn't show any damage at all?? Have requested further proof as its ridiculous they can just claim the item is faulty when its not even been tried on!

Very pleased with the customer service and the products. As displayed on their website, the items were delivered with no damages, promptly on time, and no different from the actual images.
Really happy, will used it again!
