I purchased several items from Demivolte. When purchasing, my pmt method would not go through. I had a representative reach out to me immediately offering help. We tried a couple more methods which still did not work. The rep, Flo, continued to look for other routes until we found a way. Not only did she find a way, but she went above and beyond when keeping me up to date on the delivery. What’s more impressive is that this was not a huge order. The time difference from herself and I was big and I know she stayed late just to keep me up to date. She has won a repeat customer from TX.

I was (desperately) looking for a particular shirt and Demivolte was one of the few vendors that had it in my size. All of the vendors were outside of the US. I wrote to each one asking if they could ship to me. ONLY Demivolte agreed to do that. They figured it out! I am happy to say that l am their first US customer. My shirt arrived today.
