We have a written agreement with LEGO that we are allowed to sell our own creations as long as we state in each listing a disclaimer that it is not a LEGO product, but we are in fact allowed to say our products are made using genuine LEGO parts. We think it's grossly unfair that Trustpilot will not remove this *Review*, even though it is in no way a review of our company, just a false statement from someone who has never purchased or had any interaction with our business.
A brilliant concept and excellent service
I came across Demonhunter Bricks at Liverpool Comic Con 2023 and was so impressed with the concept and the amount of effort and time that goes into each design. Fast forward a few months and my brothers and I purchased Obi-Wan’s lightsaber for our Dad’s birthday: we were not disappointed. Ordering was straightforward and shipping was much quicker than expected. The pack comes with a QR code for instructions which is clever, sleek and slightly more environmentally friendly (less paper printing). Our Dad loved the challenge of putting it together and said it was complicated but very enjoyable. The end result looks great on the stand and he is very happy with it.
Would highly recommend.

Ordering outside of UK could mean extra taxes
The product itself is awesome, nothing to complain about that. The only bad aspect of this was the shipping. I'm used to order from UK and all the sellers, big or small companies, always indicate "gift" on the customs paper so I don't have to pay extra taxes. This was a 100£+ order and I had to pay around 30£ custom taxes on top of that, it's 30%.

Hi, I’m sorry you had to pay an extra euro's in custom charges.
As you know, since Brexit there is no free trade agreement so all my European customers have to pay their own customs fees upon it entering the country and the other way around when I order parts and bits for my business I now have to pay custom fees too.
If I mark packages as gifts, I run the risk of being investigated as it’s against the law for us to miss label packages.
I understand it is frustrating, as it is for me too, but I'm glad you like the product.
