Ease of communications
Honestly, I’d highly recommend Denar. They’re just very on it, things actually get done, and you’re not constantly chasing them. Communication is clear, they keep everything transparent, and you can tell they genuinely take responsibility for the building. It’s made a noticeable difference compared to other agents I’ve dealt with.

Poor service and rude people
Horrible company to work with, they take no responsability for their mistakes and their lack of customer service. They don’t reply to emails or phone calls, do not manage the properties and are rude and unprofessional.

DPM is at the top of their game!
Karim and his team are so professional, I am impressed with their dedication to provide top costumer service!
They made light work of a very complicated handover and has been very responsive to any request or questions no matter how small. I would highly recommend this company’s services to anyone because of their personalised attention and integrity!
The best is that I keep calling DPM because they have earned my complete trust after one experience when I had to spend the whole winter - spring seasons (23/24) in the U.S.A.,and there was an emergency call from a neighbour re: a water leak in my flat, DPM attended my long distance call, and Karim didn’t hesitate to deal with the situation immediately, he recorded videos *before / after* to send it back, reassuring me that things were under control, the problem didn’t get worse thanks to such quick response. ☺️
