Great company and products

Everything good dishes arrived in good order due to very good packaging

It’s been about a month and my order still hasn’t shipped

Now that my order has finally arrived I can give it a proper review. It was worth the wait. I've always wanted a wok and this is going to provide many happy years of egg fried rice and plenty of wok hei. The iron griddle pan is one extremely solid bit of kit and I've grown tired of pans with those nasty coatings that simply don't last. Many steaks will be happily cooked.

The crystal glasses are nicely packed in good packaging and it'll be good to get them out on some special occasions. They have a very nice ring to them.

I hope the recent bit of publicity can give them a shot in the arm, because we need companies that can continue to produce good products. There is a time and a place for cheap stuff, but they simply don't last.

I usually award Denby 5 stars because the quality of the pottery is second to none and their customer service is brilliant. The reason this is a 4 star review is due to the longer than usual dispatch time. Under the circumstances, I totally understand why this was.
I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased from Denby and I've been a customer for a long time.
I wish Denby and all their staff very best wishes for the future.

Just a note to say it’s very sad that Denby have not found a buyer or finance source. The items were not delivered but Cancelled as they were unable to fulfil.
I have had brilliant service in the past and have owned Denby pottery for over 30 years. I recently bought a full service and was ordering a few more pieces. Chris kept me informed and I can only praise the staff for what they have done in the past. I only wish them lots of luck going forward.

Easy to order online. I purchased this item when I found out Denby maybe closing. I've been collecting their pottery for nearly 30 years and I'm devastated we could be loosing them. Everything I have bought is excellent, very high quality and lasts.

I love all of my Denby dishes. I have always had excellent service when ordering from your company, which is saying a lot given that I live in Canada. I am saddened to hear Denby is experiencing hard times. Best of luck to your workers. I have all my fingers and toes crossed in hope that a solution is found.

I bought a replacement Halo mug after dropping it from cupboard-above-worktop height on to a tile floor. Very unfortunate.

Anyway - reflecting, it struck me that this was the first breakage I have had in any of my Denby Halo stuff since I bought it in 2020, and it's the main crockery we use - small plates, medium plates, bowls, and cups. There are some small scratches in the glaze on a few pieces, but basically it's held up excellently over the years - real quality product.

Denby are incredible!! Amazing products that are second to none and amazing value for money. My recent purchase is superb (pan set) and I couldn’t be happier. Brill communication and delivery was as promised.

Although there was a delay in despatching the article the firm kept me up to date.
