Product was exactly what I expected and…

Product was exactly what I expected and arrived on time.

I was thinking I had been scammed (website behaved strangely and a few too many emails) but it all turned out well in the end... no complaints.

SCAM / Do not buy anything from them

Watch out with this company! It's a scam. They advertise themselves as a Danish company, but the delivery comes from China! I ordered a mini clothing streamer, they advertise it as cordless, but it has actually a cord and its not working. They do not provide a return label and if you write to them, they give you a Chinese number where you can complain. Besides , you have to return the product directly to China! Go figure! Do NOT Even think to buy something from them! It’s a big SCAM!

Dont by anything from this Company

Dont by anything from this Company. It prentende to be a danish Company but it is Chinese.
My order was crashed in transit, I have sincerely tryde to get a refund, but they dont even answer.

Don't buy from them - scam products

Don't ever buy anything from them, they set up to be scandinavian company, but turns out to ship from china.. last time we buy smartcard for creditcards and so on. when they arrived it was the worst possible quality, they would not be able to sell them for 5 kr in Denmark.. the video they used to sell them was not at all how it looked, when it arrived...

Don't ever buy anything from them, my wife have ordered from them few times and 2 time was this and she ordered 3..

Even they have shipping address in Malmø sweden, they will not refund anything unless we send for china, alone the shipping will cost from 140-250 kr and then customs and other things on top op if.. reason for high shipping price, is that Denhavn demands it have to have tracking number..

Scamming company and we will never order from them ever again... stay away from them and just find other place, even Flying Tiger in Denmark have better quality than what they just send us..

Shame on them.

Don’t ever buy anything from this…

Don’t ever buy anything from this Company. You will receive really bad quality and will nevet get your money back. I Got at wrong book in at completely different quality than the one on the commercial. I have mailed their “customersupport” Many times. I returned the book to Holland. I will never see my money again🥵
And No money came back - even though they “promished” it in the mail referred to in the answer below!!!
