Great Company to work with. I've been with Axle since starting my business close to 2 years ago. They show that they care about your concerns and that you are not just another account number in their system. Their user dashboard is easy to navigate around and makes uploading invoices rather easy. When other Factoring Companies attempt to solicit my business, I turn them down because I prefer to work with people that I can Trust.

The Response Time and Team Explaining Details of the Factoring Paperwork is Amazing will Recommend Axle To anybody I need of factoring.

Great Guidelines and customer services

I just started my brokerage a few months ago and now i am starting a transportation company as well. Hailey and Chris are the bomb. I am definitely super happy with my services from them. I will be sticking around for a long time to come with axle. I suggest them 100% if you are looking for factoring. Nothing but business love for this company!

Axle Payments is an Okay option for Freight Brokers my biggest complaint is the "text only" though the website chat approach to customer services. You should ALWAYS be able to contact your service provider by phone, Email, or any way you feel comfortable. The next complaint is charging for integration that most other services offer for At No Charge.
*Update - Because of this Review Axle did reach out to me, They have added a contact Number to their website. This is a plus. Now if they will answer that number I have not tested. Maybe the are understanding that they are NOT a technology company, but a financial service provider. Also they are adjusting the integration requirements.
*Update #2. Much better on the customer service side. I had an issue that was my fault causing a late payment. I was in the Airport getting ready to board.... I messaged and called no immediate reply. Nobody picked up the phone but they did respond within 20 minutes to my message and request to call me back. Jennifer was great, she did call me back, and we had it handled before boarding.
I can say maybe one suggestion, is assign account advisors to accounts some point of contact we can reach out to.

I contacted axle payments while searching for a factoring company for my new brokerage. They were my first call and after speaking to them they were my last. The representative of this company that I have dealt with has been amazing. The service they provide is the superb. The customer service is top notch. A rare to find a company that partners superb service, latest Technologies and a pure pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone.

Axle Payments is the poster child factoring company for any size freight brokerage. They respond quickly via email/phone, extremely user friendly invoice process, and they offer great rates. On top of the great operational service... their customer service is bar none.
