Great company and great customer…

Great company and great customer service.
I had an issue with a product, handled very professionally and replaced faulty denims.
That's why I will always use this company: personal, friendly and great people.

Great Service Please Use This Company

I ordered a pair of wrangler jeans & belt at a good price. Was kept upto date with my order. There was a delay on the jeans but again was kept in the loop as to my order. My size & style I wanted was delayed a little more but again I was kept in the loop & for in the inconvenience I was offered free tailoring to shorten a pair so I could have the jeans sooner. I had to ask to change my belt length as I'd ordered the wrong size again the service was faultless & was dealt with swiftly. I'm delighted with the jeans & belt I've bought from them. I can't speak highly enough of Becki the managing director who dealt with my order from start to finish, quick response emails etc etc. Bigger companies could learn alot from Denin Nation ( Buy Jeans ) of how to treat their customers & go the " Exra Mile " . Final note I'll certainly use them again & also recommend to people who want a quality pair of jeans.

Reasonable product, poor customer service

I placed an order for 2 school skirts with The School Uniform Shop (who are part of Denim Nation). Paid extra for express postage but still took 6 days. When the skirts arrived they were larger than the stated size. I received no response to my email about this, or letter when I returned them (at my own expense). The return has been acknowledged by email but no refund yet given (after 8 days). My (polite) review suggesting that customers order a size smaller hasn't been published. Overall poor service and I'd never buy from them again

Where are my jeans?

I ordered jeans in April. I got an email (from Emma) saying that the stock hadn't arrived as expected on 22nd April, I foolishly said I'd wait for the stock. I've sent chaser emails, no replies as yet. Its now September, they are no longer replying to emails.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Rest assured, this company are switched on and their service is impeccable, they will get my business in future 100%

I have used Denim Nation on a number of occasions now through their web site buy-jeans.net and every time they have been very easy to do business with, very professional, their communications are excellent.
I have several businesses my self so I am well placed to judge the performance of other companies and Denim Nation would get a 10 out of 10 for me.
I will shop again without reservation, my custom is guaranteed.
