Poor

No customer service at all!!!
I bought an IPL laser and received one with a stick fit for the USA. I have send a video to prove and explain the mistake. Not once have they offered to just send me a stick fit for Denmark and pay for the return of the wrong stick. They claim I am to pay for the return all though the mistake is on them.
I can tell that the answers I get is written by a machine. They don’t care about their customers.
Don’t bother to buy from them!
