Everything was top quality , from hotel to pickup drop off , the dental treatment I received was excellent , I can’t thank dentakay enough , I’m so happy with my new smile !

My experience with Dentakay was very positive. They took very good care of me as during the process I had to stop the treatment due to my blood pressure rising and they were very precautious, understanding and professional. I really recommend them 100%

Was apprehensive about going down the road of going to turkey to get my teeth done but I cannot fault the organisation and the top service received at Dentakay. From organising the flights the accommodation and transport to and from the clinic was excellent. The doctors, nurses and staff at the clinic were very helpful and supportive all the way through. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing this.

The staff was nice and polite. I’m proud to choose Dentakay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience with Dentakay (So Far)

So far, I would rate my experience with Dentakay a 10/10, with just a few comments for improvement.

First, the communication with the clinic before my trip to Turkey was excellent. They responded to all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. I never felt pressured into any treatment, and they never tried to push me into making decisions I was not comfortable with.

When I arrived in Turkey, everything was very well organized. Transportation to and from the airport, as well as between the hotel and the clinic, was arranged perfectly. Communication was handled through WhatsApp, where they kept me informed about my appointments, notified me when the driver was on the way, and provided updates throughout my stay.

The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. They offer complimentary water, coffee, and free Wi-Fi, which made every visit comfortable and pleasant.

Most importantly, I am very satisfied with my treatment so far. My dentist, Dr. Sila, and her assistant, Jeren, have been absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about their patients and make sure you do not leave the clinic feeling uncomfortable or dissatisfied. They went above and beyond to help me achieve the smile I wanted, carefully discussing options and making adjustments whenever needed.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sila to anyone considering treatment at Dentakay. She is professional, attentive, respectful of her patients’ opinions and preferences, and always prioritizes patient comfort. She listens carefully and works with you to achieve the results you want rather than simply telling you what to do.

The translators and patient coordinators were also excellent. They made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and helped facilitate communication throughout the entire process.

The only area where I believe improvement is needed is communication between the different doctors and departments within the clinic, especially for patients with medical conditions, allergies, or complex medical histories. I often found myself needing to explain my situation repeatedly to different doctors to ensure everyone understood my medical background and treatment requirements. While everyone was professional and helpful, better internal communication would make the experience even smoother.

My advice to future patients is to bring a complete list of medications, clearly communicate any allergies or medical conditions, and make sure each doctor involved in your treatment is aware of them.

Overall, my experience with Dentakay has been outstanding. I am looking forward to returning for my second appointment and completing my treatment. Based on my experience so far, I would confidently recommend Dentakay to anyone looking for high-quality dental treatment in Turkey.

The whole experience was amazing. I cannot thank everyone involved with my treatment I had a lot of work done and walked away with an amazing smile. Everyone was so nice and understanding as I was scared of dentists back home but now dentakay has made me change my mind it was very easy to get done.

i had my implants done on this clinic on istambul and i can't say ow dissapointed i am ... after they charge you in ponds exantly the same sum like in dolars and they see you distress they changend on my contract from emax crowns that i op in with zirconium ones. i sayed ok, my bad i didn't chacked last page of contract . BUT THEY are insisting to pay the same price like for emax but for zirconium wich zirconium is cheaper with over 1000 for 24 crowns . reviews are done before finishing the teeth as they are insisting like forcing you. and now i understand way you see on theyre site just positive ones.... CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER you give them the money .they are thinking they can joke with our money and time how they want . they are insisting to come on the time that they want after i let them know from begening that i can't then as i have a job . after i contact other clinic to finish the job on my teeth and they refuse to give all my data , x-rays and photos to them when is about my data and they should do my requesst as i payd for them.those was included on my price.... SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS CLINIC .....

For those like me, skeptics, who look for a lot of information before making a decision, I recommend this clinic with a lot of confidence. It is a large, serious, very well-equipped clinic, where each client is the center of attention. All the services were impeccable. The doctors are specialized in different fields so that for each procedure you go to the doctor who is a specialist in that. This shortens the time a lot. The doctor who did my all new teeth was Erdinçi Deniz, to whom I thank. Taking into account the particularities of my teeth, with extremely many irregularities, the result was beyond my expectations. Thanks to Dr. Erdinçi Deniz for redefining my smile.

The doctor and her staff were excellent, They made it easy for me to know exactly what they are doing (with the help of my wonderful translator) and really cared about how it turned out. Really love my smile now and it’s all because of Dentakay.

Overall I had a pleasant experience this week and would recommend to others. The communication on transfers has been great throughout my stay with text messages promoting pick ups and appointments. The Polat renaissance included in the package was lovely which included breakfast, dinner and 1 soft drink. Other services are not cheap so keep this in mind. Little to do which with a very busy home life this was helpful.

All staff are very friendly and you are quickly seen on arrival where X-rays and images are collated. You are seen by your dentist where a thorough inspection takes place. You are then taken to a consultation room where your treatment plan and costs are discussed. It’s quite evident that most patients recommended treatment is more than they were originally quoted. I ended up paying for my treatment which was quite a lot over my original quote but the evidence was provided which was evident when shown. However not all the treatment was needed and I received a refund on the parts I didn’t need reducing my overall bill. Don’t expect to pay exactly what you were quoted as X-Rays and investigation will show a lot more than mobile phone pictures so if you only have the money you were quoted defer your visits and ensure you have a little more money just in case. It’s not something you want to do half hearted and you want to ensure you get the best treatment you need and not partial because it’s all you can afford.

The dentistry I received was first class and when waiting for my treatment I didn't hear anyone state otherwise and those at the hotel were all happy with their new teeth. When I was in the chair I felt looked after and although it wasn’t a pleasant experience that’s just because I don’t like the dentist and why I’m here anyway. My dentist was lovely throughout and it put me at ease that she was chatting to the nurses in a calm manner. I’ve seen other reviews where patients didn’t like this but remember we have come to another country for dentist work and the least we should expect is for the staff to converse in their own language.

The clinic is fairly remote with a couple of shops and local restaurants nearby. Something I am fine with personally is the wait.l but it did affect others. There is no doubt that there’s a fair bit of waiting round so please plan for this. Take a book or music to keep yourself occupied as you may have to wait. The clinic is busy but at the end of the day it’s a business but there is plenty of seating inside and out and you just need to remain patient. There is no exact time on dentistry so if the person before you takes longer then what can you do. I had seen some complain about this which I found pointless and rude. There are times your not quite sure what’s going on but staff are friendly and on hand to help so be polite and ask if you are frustrated.

After my first day I learnt there was an inclusive cafe on site which is handy when passing the time and the caramel iced coffee was very nice. Had I not been told by another patient I wouldn’t have known it was there and on day 1 I was very thirsty and didn’t know where to go.

My best piece of advice is do your homework and know what colour teeth you want before treatment. I was anxious from the start and at the end of the day it’s a business and you can’t take forever on choosing your options. I had 4 wisdom teeth out, 2 root canals and 2 implants and then asked to choose the colour of my new teeth. Although I wasn’t rushed I was in quite a lot of pain and didn't feel equipped to make the best decision and later in the eve realised I’d made the wrong choise in colour. However I raised my concerns via text and was called back to the clinic the next day where I was able to double check and change my colour. This was a little lucky as it was late when I chose but still great I was able to change as it’s a big thing and you don't want to walk out with teeth you are not happy with. In hindsight I would have done this prior to treatment but there could also be some consultation from the outset about this, possibly putting some colour charts around the seating area and other dentist information for clients to look at.

It’s going to take me a while to get used to my new teeth but they look amazing and I’m very happy. Had the process been a little more organised and communications around the wait time and why been explained my rating would have been 5 star. However I also appreciate why this is the case because it is busy and patients are coming and going all day and the “business” is a testament to their work and results.

If you are thinking of coming to Turkey for new teeth do your homework and reach out those who have already been which is what I had done. I’ve been in Istanbul 7 days and not heard a single bad comment about the dentistry which is the main reason we come.

I can't thank Dentakay enough the staff were amazing everything they said they would do they did I would recommended Dentakay to anyone thinking about having their teeth done I'm over the moon with the outcome I walked in to the clinic my mouth a mess and how I've walked back out again looking like has amazed me and gave me my confidence back, thank you Dentakay

Had a lovely stay at the hotel provided.
The staff are very friendly and always there to help you with anything you need 24/7.
Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Shower was nice and powerful.

Admin were very clear about my treatment . The pick ups were on time and was given updates on their arrival felt safe at all times .The dentists were very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the dental treatment I received and would definitely return in the future 😀 😊

The payment people are to pushy and throw things at you knowing your in different country and pressure you into paying all cost upfront. I didn't do this as I wanted results.That is way I am not on they videos.

I was missing 8 teeth that have been removed over a 20 year period and the rest were beginning to suffer damage, I settled on using Dentakay after much research as the only real complaint seemed to be that the treatment plan had changed for people on arrival and full examination (mine did as well but I was warned)

The communication was excellent, all travel (hotel, flights and transport) was organised efficiently and ones happy with everything provided,

The clinic it’s self was clean, all the staff were professional, the process was clearly explained all the way along, and the outcome of the treatment has been excellent so far (I’ve had the first of two required visits).

I had my teeth done at your clinic in 2023, and since then I have had to come back almost every year because teeth keep breaking. So far, nearly 8 teeth have broken, which is completely unacceptable.

I have several friends who had their teeth done at other clinics in Turkey, and none of them have experienced even a single broken tooth. Meanwhile, I constantly have problems and have to spend a lot of money traveling back to your clinic every time something breaks.

Honestly, it feels like the only thing you care about is getting good reviews after the treatment. Despite my bad experiences, I have always written positive reviews and even recommended several new customers to your clinic. Still, I continue to receive poor treatment and terrible service.

The only time I felt valued as a customer was before I paid. Now, even basic service like airport pickup is no longer offered.

I was promised a guarantee on my teeth, yet it still costs me money every time repairs are needed. This is extremely disappointing, and I truly feel let down by your clinic.

I was treated very well. My questions were answered and the treatments went better than I would have dared to expect.
