I saw Muntaha for a check up
I saw Muntaha for a check up, and she was patient and compassionate. I really appreciated her explaining each step of the process. I will definitely be booking with her again.

This place used to be very good around 14 years ago when they were on Vanbrugh Hill but sadly moved to a new address and new dentists and staff emerged.
First of all, they had a rude sour faced dentist called V. Andrusca that kept all her patients waiting for all over an hour including an elderly gentleman who came after me who was very upset and she didn’t even apologise to him or myself. And then once in treatment room, barely spent 2 minutes looking at the teeth and didn’t do anything. And was supposed to be a so-called “deep clean at the time. purchased.
Then there this catty, abrupt dentist called Kemi of which I had to make a complaint about last year for her behaviour.
Then telephoned to make a to make an appointment for *basic scaling* but told I would need to book for a “deep clean” for £45. Moreover for a child. I was very highly suspicious, especially as this has never happened before.
Upon speaking to NHS England, told do *not* allow this to happen. If you are an NHS patient, you should not have to pay for *basic scaling*, especially for a child.
Now my £20 refund will be processed next week Thursday. They’re quick to take your money and slow to refund.
Just one thing after the other with this place it’s a shame as NHS dentists are few far between now. A lot of my friends also unhappy with this place, but we feel stuck.
Inexperienced across all levels. No transparency on their site about their dentists or complaints policy. Started treatment in July 2024, with the extraction of teeth. No treatment plan and yet sent for more extractions. 5 teeth this time!! When I pressed them for a treatment plan for the replacement of these teeth they were unable to give me one and advised I have my treatment with the dental practice they referred me to for sedation. So 18 months later I’m in a worse condition and starting all over again with a new practice. Already have major anxiety related to dentists (hence the referral for extraction under sedation) and they have only made this worse. Go elsewhere, especially if you expect experienced professionals to look after your dental health and provide decent patient care.
