I once boasted about this establishment…

I once boasted about this establishment because I only ever had good experiences. After today I will never recommend this dentist office again. Period.

I've never had teeth pulled. I was on edge, and terrified. I couldn't stop the tears coming down my face while also trying to catch my breath. The dentist was aware of my severe anxiety because we discussed it the visit prior. She preceded to scold me! She threatened if i didnt stop crying she would refuse to do the procedure and make me leave. She was so upset that I apologized to HER!! Saying how sorry i was for causing trouble! She ignored me and continued to show aggitation in her demeanor. When she spoke at me (not to* me) there was no remorse or empathy. Only exasperation and annoyance. I felt small.

I was told I would be semi sedated***
I WAS NOT. I
she gave me a few shots my mouth about 8 times and started IMMEDIATELY. The numbing agent hadn't taken affect yet when she began.

I. FELT. EVERYTHING.
The sound and feeling of my tooth ripping away from my gums... the way she jerked and yanked, will never leave my mind. She continued barking at me to be still as I cried. I was Clearly in pain. With my mouth open, with her hands fully in, I sobbed and choked out the word "OW!!" She didn't ask if I was okay. All she said is that shed be done in a second.

They didn't give me any antibiotics.
They didn't give me anything for inflammation
They didn't give me pain meds.
Not even an ice pack.

I asked to speak to the dentist the moment I stood up from the chair only to be told she was gone. When I began to advocate for myself about what had just transpired and how things didnt go the way they said it would they rushed me out! said they didn't want patients to hear what happened to me. Didn't want to "scare them"
I WANTED them to know what happened! and I wish I would've said more to warn them!

Thankfully my boyfriend has icepacks he uses for his lunch. But that's it.

They traumatically ripped my teeth out, told me to be quiet, and made no effort to help me heal.

I’m very disappointed with dental…

I’m very disappointed with dental Dreams and I never even got to step foot in their office, I set an appointment with them the appointment was for 2 days later witch was no problem they were suppose to call me back after they checked my insurance out to make sure they could take it, they never called me back while waiting for the call back I called there office left a message with the answering service but at that time I called my insurance company myself and got the info they needed then I emailed them back to say we were all good, and at that time they said they didn’t want me as a customer because they didn’t meet my expectations. Wow that blew my mind, I don’t know if she was just lied to me because she didn’t want word to get out that she didn’t do her job or what, I was just helping and had know real expectations disappointed yet but it’s obvious that they don’t care about u and the two days of pain or more I my go through because them, just imagine if u had work done on ur mouth by them and something didn’t seem or feel right with ur mouth are they just gonna tell u not to come back.
