Great service again from Dr Chan and Leanne, (regarding dental implant work).
Dr Chan is very professional & reassuring with me.

Craig is simply THE BEST dentist around and all the staff are so lovely too. The old saying- You get what you pay for - is absolutely true.

Alex and her lovely assistant saw me as an emergency and made the necessary time to diagnose the issue , explain the options and most importantly do the necessary work with huge expertise . They were reassuring throughout and made a difficult procedure as comfortable as it could possibly be. Top notch in every respect.

I honestly can't thank Alex enough! After a bad veneers experience at another dentist, I was really unhappy with my smile. Alex replaced them with new veneers and the difference is incredible. Her work is absolutely flawless and she's completely restored my confidence. She's so professional, caring, and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I finally feel proud of my smile again. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

I am not a fan of the dentist and when I mean that it’s all the equipment from the chair to the drills. Adam was my dentist today Adam made me feel relaxed as I could be, talking to me and explaining as he went along. Thanks so much and I will be returning. Thank you Adam and team.

Better late than never - I usually would travel to Liverpool but I think I was one of the first customers at the new Chelsea branch back in May. The guys were amazing, friendly and welcoming. The service was great and I enjoyed my time! Looking forward to going back when I need to!

Excellent service from Craig Dewdney always takes time to explain thoroughly with as much detail as I want about my plan.
I find Craig's approach to my dental plan organised & clear.
Craig's manner is very caring, empathetic & calming , with the help of lovely Beth his assistant it always makes for a pleasant, relaxed appointment for me.
Still in the middle of a long treatment so far so good Thankyou !
I would also give a mention to the reception staff here always cheery
& welcoming.

I have been having treatment for a couple of months now and what can i say but Amazing work by Craig and his dental nurse Beth, Craig explains step by step with as much information he thinks relevant to the treatment, I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist as I do with Craig and Beth they are the best at what they do and are genuinely lovely people, I would highly recommend to anyone !

Excellent service

I got 10 veneers on my top teeth from dental excellence, my friend had had composite bonding done by craig dewhurst and his work was amazing so I knew I wanted craig only! I am over the moon with them, Craig especially is the sweetest man ever, he would offer advice but NEVER pushy, he made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I would recommend him to anyone. And a little mention for Beth his dental nurse who is a legend. So pleased with the procedure start to finish.

Awful experience with this company. I have paid for a service back in March that I didn’t go ahead with and have awful trouble and feel like I am having to beg for my deposit back. With numerous attempts messages calls and emails I still haven’t recieved £500 back. Being passed with managers and admit to be told lies and that I’d have my money within working days which has all passed and numerous excuses to get the funds back when it takes 2 working days to get a refund from the uk to an Irish bank

Started my journey for my new smile today at dental excellence with the one and only Dr Robbie Hughes and his nurse Meg for my new smile bit of work to be done before the final fittings but made to feel at ease and comfortable carnt wait to show my final results off highly recommend Dental Excellence 💯 percent

"Belt and Braces" review with extra scans to ensure the new implant crown wiill sit well, aestheticly along with my natural teeth.
All done and without any complications. Dr Alex and Leanne were so very professional whilst putting me a phobic at ease! Highly recommended. 5*
