Independent specialist confirmed serious problems

independent specialist confirmed serious issues with my treatment

I travelled abroad for implant crown treatment at this clinic and unfortunately experienced ongoing problems from the beginning. Despite adjustments the issues were never properly resolved and I repeatedly felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.

Food was constantly getting trapped around the crowns and I continued to experience discomfort. After returning to the UK I decided to seek an independent specialist assessment. The findings confirmed significant clinical concerns regarding the design and fit of the restoration and I was advised that the crowns require replacement.

I now have to undergo further corrective treatment and face additional costs travel and time off work because of this situation.

I am extremely disappointed with how the matter was handled and with the lack of accountability after I raised my concerns.

I strongly encourage future patients to seek independent opinions if they experience ongoing problems after treatment.
