Have ordered from this company for years and never had a problem till now. Placed am order on June 15, 2025 and never received my order. But they got my money. Emailed them several times with no response. Filed a complaint with BBB and still no response
This business is a total scam! Don't listen to any good reviews as they are fraudulent! I made a purchase and even screenshot my confirmation number. But once I made the purchase (my account was billed), I never received a confirmation email and I never received a tracking number. When I logged into my account on the website, there was never any evidence that I even placed the order. I never received the products and it's been 2 weeks (they guarantee fast shipping). I tried calling the number and sending them a message through their website (they don't provide an email address) multiple times with no response.
Never got my order. Do not download Shop. I'm scared it's stolen my identity. DHE said I needed it to track my order. Shop said it was delivered. It was not.
Said I could contact the store through them. They never answered. Gives you no useful information on how to resolve the issue.

Nothing but 5 stars all around. I was VERY hesitant to order from this company due to the reviews here and a few others places. They must've had some service issues a few years ago, but no longer - the responsiveness and care I received from customer service with my order was nothing short of outstanding. Products shipped very fast, my email was both answered and my request was able to be met, and the product I received is fresh and exactly what I ordered. I am actually going to place another order in the next few days. Thanks so much DHE!
