Dear Dental House Staff,
thanks again for fitting me in at short notice. As a 'nervous patient' dut to several traumatic experiences many years ago, Ric has always looked after me so well that given me so much reassurance. Learned treated me today and I had every confidence that I'd be fine with her care too. No more 'dreading the Dentist' for me.

Went for a check up, and was really well looked after. I was seen to very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful as always. I feel as though they really care about my dental health. I required a follow up appointment which they provided for me the next day. 5* treatment.

I've been going to the Dental House for several years now and all the staff there are great. They make you feel very welcome and at ease. The way the premises has been decorated is lovely - warm, relaxing and inviting. There is nothing cold and clinical about this place. The staff are all so efficient and the appointment process is very well organised. I'd highly recommend the Dental House if you are looking for a practice.

Both me & my daughter were treated by Keira & her assistant today and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Keira is so warm, reassuring and totally professional. My daughter was very nervous but Keira was so lovely & explained everything to her.

Recently had a free telephone consultation for this surgery, the service I received was more detailed than some of the paid consultations I have had.
After a period of illness and with some serious dental issues to address, the support, and professional advice received was very much appreciated. The consultant Lyndsey was a wealth of knowledge and was able to give me some very informed advice on alternative treatments available to me at this practice, giving me the confidence to question treatments recommended and a stronger understanding of what is available. The services they offer seem to be much more extensive than other surgeries all done at the same site and from professionals who if going by my consultation with Lyndsey are caring , sensitive and very experienced. If you are a nervous patient and you are unsure on what treatments could be available to you Lyndsey should definitely be your first place to call. The process of requesting a phone consultation was simple and efficient on line with text and email reminders, a call right on time that was not rushed or impersonal and felt more like a consultation that should be paid for rather than a free service .
If this first introduction to this surgery is anything to go by the service here will be absolutely first class !
