As always, your staff were friendly and your appointment confirmations and reminders were helpful tools. I was assisted by a temporary hygienist that was unfamiliar with your office and struggled to get set up for the appointment. She was very apologetic. I felt that a better orientation for your augmenting staff could be beneficial. I also felt that the polishing was rushed and incomplete - perhaps due to the delays in getting started. I will be returning as a customer, but wanted to offer that as feedback.

I love DentalX Downsview Dental Clinic. Everyone is so friendly and professional at the same time. Dr Ali Shian is awesome. I nearly fell sleep during the treatment.

I loved how there were so many people in the dental team from Spain, Turkey, Philippines, and Iran which makes it even more convenient when it comes to communicating. I was so happy with my results and my appointment. I definitely recommend Dr Ali to everyone :)
