I went to Dentaray in February to get a Veneer Hollywood smile, I stayed for 7 days and got it done within 6 days.
I like the result so much and felt good while doing it thanks to the staff and doctors who made me feel relaxed.

I had a five-star experience at Dentaray in Turkey. The service was fast, very clean clinic, professional, and I felt very well looked after throughout. I got everything I needed and was extremely happy with the results. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

I visited this clinic and had my teeth treated there. About a month later, I started having problems with the teeth that were done at this clinic. When I contacted them, they told me to do whatever I wanted and that I would receive no coverage from them. That was their final response.
They only covered the cost of the X-ray taken at a dentist in Denmark, but they refused to cover the rest of the treatment. This is despite the fact that the agreement was that I would receive coverage because I had a warranty.
When I spoke to them on the phone, they were rude and told me to contact the police if I had any issues with them. This is not an acceptable or respectful response.
I would not recommend this place.

My name is Samir Haj Hassan im from the united states, I was very excited and hopeful to come to dentaray because of the excellent reviews. I went to turkey on November 4th and the introduction was very nice and the accommodations where very nice. Unfortunately my first surprise was the hotel, it wasn't clean at all with the nottled water they use the same old bottle thay i drank from and fill it up with tap water and close it. It felt very nasty staying there. The next day was my appointment and I had asked to be picked up 30 minutes earlier and dentaray said they would send a driver. This was where the next surprise came. We didn't get a car we had a person walk over and take us to dentaray walking. I didn't care for the distance but when I'm promised a car I expect one, the walk was 15-20 minutes if you want some excersize than I recommend it☺️. When I made it there the place was very nice and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and then they started telling me they wanted to add more to what I was getting done and the price got more expensive. I said I will find another clinic and then a worker called me and said they would give me a discount and I stayed to do my teeth that day. Then the 3rd problem started they took me in for the procedure and said they would take the bottom left side of my teeth out and they pulled pulled teeth from my right side and did an implant at the same time. Then on my left side they pulled 2 teeth out and put one implant in. On the upper side they pulled out 4 teeth and did a sinus lift and bone grafting. I started on all of these at 5:00 pm then when I finished it was 6:00 pm and they said they have to take me in again. They took another x-ray and when I asked to see it they said that they haven't saved it and that I'm not able to see then anotehr doctor said that they had it and thay its my right to see. Then I went back into the procedure room another hour and a half they opened up my stitches and then they finished, and then for the 3rd time they took me back in another hour and undid my new stitches again and took out the implant that they did they also cut up another side of my gums. I have diabetes and I was bleeding a lot and felt super dizzy I fainted 3 times and was in alot of pain. The first doctor to do the first round of the procedure did it wrong and messed up then when they brought in a second doctor he took over and it didn't seem like he knew what he was doing either. They started saying I was moving too much and that's why it got messed up. I'm not sure if it was the manager or a doctor in charge but he came in and so did another doctor and they're talking about my situation not explaining the severity of it. After the 3rd time in the procedure room I was super dizzy still and weak and they didn't give me a car to take to the hotel I had to walk. The next day I texted their medical consultant Sarah which she was the one that helped me go to their clinic and told me what I needed to get done, she stopped answering her messages and calls. Then we went to another clinic to see how my teeth are and they said that they almost hit a nerve in my face that would make me half paralyzed in the face and that shocked me because of the severity of what would've happened. Then we went to dentaray and Ibrahim the manager took complete responsibility for what happened they explained to me that the first doctor that was working on my teeth had a family emergency but continued to work on my teeth. They put alot at risk letting him continue to work on my mouth while he was rushing and doing sloppy work. They apologized continously. They said that next time they would give me a discount. They checked up on my teeth and they said everything was fine and I went back to the hotel walking again. The next 2 days I kept going for a checkup and everything was fine. They took me to the airport in a very nice car and I was very pleased with that. I'm back in the states and they haven't texted or called asking me about how I'm doing. Overall, I think that there work is good but I think that my situation is extremely unfortunate. If it wasn't for the doctors emergency I am confident that none of this would've happened. I will go there to continue my teeth because I trust that they will do a good job.

The most terrifying experience ever from day one when the driver left me in the middle of nowhere I should have known this is a bad idea the doctors are all young with no experience at all.the deal that we had suddenly took a turn and price gone up I paid almost around $10.000 US dollars which deal was around $6000 never mind all that now at home faraway from turkey I’m facing implant failure and of course the doctors here don’t accept any responsibility for that.so imagine you are travelling a 30 ohrs on the plane to get there and stay 3 months and spend all the money that you have thinking it’s worth it instead you’ll get new teeth’s something that always was in your dreams then going and dealing with this kind of butchers.please pleas people be aware don’t ever go there I’m sure nobody is getting write treatment in dentaray clinic in fact almost all of them are the same in turkey find a good experienced doctor to do your implant.
The surgery day was a joke when they started nothing was ready the nurse was texting while assisting the doctor my chest was a doctor table when he was cutting my gums I was under a lot of pain ,,somone tolled me they are butchers i didn’t believe him but actually they are how ever now after 3 months I’m facing the implant failure thanks to the DENTARAY CLINIC

I really can't explain how I feel! I can eat everything again and smile always with my new teeth, they implanted new teeth for me and the best part they took care of everything I highly recommend them.

I visited them a week ago, and now i have my new smile, it's amazing how the process wasIt was painless and smooth, the team is so professional and dentist are experts Now i can enjoy everything with my new smile, thanks dentaray clinic.

Dentaray really best dental clinic i visited, the process was fast and smooth i fixed my teeth and got new hollywood smile also they take care of everything including hotel and transportation If you want to get new smile i highly recommend them.

Exceptional service throughout. The team went the additional mile toreassure me and inform me at each turn. Attention to the minutestdetails and an unstinting focus on hygiene impressed me so thoroughly. The thoroughly trained therapists carried out the treatments, and I appreciated the prompt, respectful responses to all the questions I had. I felt assured and well-looked after at a most reasonable rate.

My experience at the clinic was just great. The care and service were warm and expert, and I also appreciated how each step in the procedure was explained to me. The hygiene and attention to details in the clinic could be felt during the visit. I felt well cared for by the expert physicians, and the after-care after the treatment amazed me. All the questions I posed to them were immediately answered, and I felt valued and assured.

I was impressed throughout from the beginning to the end. All in details was in good hands, and the communication in the follow up felt sosupportive. The hygiene at the high standard and the prompt reply tothe questions immediately put me at ease, high recommended.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish, very happy with my teeth. Really can’t fault DentaRay in any way. Super professional 5 star experience throughout the week.
