I had a great experience at dent spa, amazing hospitality. If you're thinking about getting you're teeth sorted I would recommend you head over there, 5 star experience.

Mapped out a 7 day trip to come for treatment. Keep in mind, a quote when youre doing this internationally is just that. Its to be expected that when you get fully examined there will be other underlying issues. So yes, the price may increase some. The biggest thing for me besides the customer service was the demand for making sure my overall gum and teeth health. Not just for aesthetics to slap on veneers or crowns and not worry about whats underneath. The communication between my advisor, the coordination team, drivers, the surgeon and dentists was amazing. Especially coming from someone who had major surgery that caused nerve pain. They were very understanding and helpful while i was a nervous wreck. Even with the crown, the dentist was meticulous in making sure it was to her liking and not just looking crazy before sealing it in. Clear instructions on antibiotics and after care was detailed. Will be back in June to finish my treatment. Made the right choice.

The dentist, support staff including drivers are all very welcoming and always kind and patient. Everything is well organised from the time you land at the airport to the dentist visits. The place is sparkling clean. Am someone who is scared of injections but they managed to calm my nerves and also provide options!

The staff is very friendly yet professional. The facilities are modern and clean. The prices are affordable. The icing on the cake for me is that they put a crown in my mouth better than my dentist in the United States. I will definitely be using them for dental work in the future.

My overall experience at Dentspa was excilent. My first visit and treatment at Denstspa was for the first step of having dental implants fitted. From the very beginning , Hana the medical advisor , was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly which made me feel comfortable and confident about the process.

After the first treatment , I went through a six- month healing period .There was some pain during the healing process, but it was manageable and part of the journey. During my second visit, i experienced some discomfort again , but the team was very supportive and professional throughtout.

The entire staff made me feel comfortable while i was in the clinic ,and the transportations arrangements were very convenient and well organized. I would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Medina and the team for excellent work on my teeth.

In the end, the result were very good and I'm very happy with my new smile . I highly recommend Dentspa to anyone considering dental inplant treatment.

Do not use this corrupt company take your money and give you false information your not covered for travel insurance or medical insurance they will double your quote when you arrive and after 1 month you end up with broken shattered teeth for 12000 pounds and then refuse to get them repaired so your warranty is void do not trust please

From my initial care coordinator Jessica, helping navigate the trip to get here, to the drivers who picked me up at the airport and brought me to and from appointments : Itunsh, Yunus, Mustafa, Mehmet, Dogan, Ömitjan and Ali. My office coordinator who helped me through my in person consultation, Maggie. Khaoula who brought me to each Dr. and all my X-rays with Kubra, the Dr.s, the assistants: Ali, Emine and the two whose names I didn’t get. To the cleaning staff who keep the place immaculate, and lovey Cansu who works at the cafe bringing you drinks and treats as you request them, with the kindest smile. Everyone at DentSpa is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and efficient!! This place is a well oiled machine with an incredible staff, great care and beautiful work. I just finished the last day of my first visit to Istanbul and I can’t wait to come back in a few short months for my crowns! I’m a special case and needed to undergo a great deal of work this first trip: Dr. Oztyrk did a scaling & gum cleaning, full gum scraping both upper and lower jaw, and a gingivectomy on 3 teeth. Dr. Mehmet Kalcay performed 4 root canals, 5 post applications and composite fillings. Dr. Eda Naifoğlu did 4 extractions, 2bone grafts, a sinus lift, 2 small cyst operations, and 10 implants. Dr. Elif Aktürk took my impressions for my temporary bridge and Dr.Tarik Kara installed and adjusted them. Last but not least Dr. Enes Malatyali gave me a filling: If you’re on the fence about coming, go with your gut on this one. The rest of your life starts now.

I had zirconium crowns done at DentSpa Clinic in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, the staff were professional, friendly, and extremely attentive. The staff speaks English and I felt confident and comfortable.

From the first contact until the very end, the experience with this clinic was excellent. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team beginning with Dr. Lama, for their professionalism, expertise, and care.

My case required a bone transfer, which was handled smoothly and successfully by Dr. Serdar, thanks to his expertise and precision, the whole process reassuring and comfortable. The implant and final smile makeover were completed with great attention to detail, and thanks to Dr. Berkay, I achieved a very natural and beautiful result.

A special thank you to Ms. Omnia and the clinic staff for their constant support, kindness, and organization. Even after the treatment, the care continued, Mr. Rayan and the aftercare team followed up carefully and ensured everything was perfect before returning home.

My experience has been good since first coming in 2020. My dentists explained everything well. Haifa and Mike were also helpful on WhatsApp.
I had one issue around but it was quickly resolved.

My experience with denta spa was above and beyond from the moment I contacted them and till my last visit from coordinator to my drop off all was on point and above and beyond I was very pleased and had an amazing experience will definitely recommend anyone whos looking for dental work. My experience with Dentspa has been mixed and appears to depend largely on which staff member you see. I found the service to be inconsistent, and some expectations were, in my view, misrepresented. Seeing many different staff members throughout the process also made the experience confusing at times.

My dentist was very gentle, understanding, and I believe he is good at his job. However, the main issue arose when my crowns had to be fitted at the last minute due to a booking error by Dentspa regarding the length of time I was required to stay in Istanbul. Too long a story plus being left stranded at the airport... As a result, the process felt rushed and caused additional financial disruption during the treatment period.

Unfortunately, my crowns do not sit or feel right, and if this continues, it is likely that they will need to be redone. Despite earlier assurances that support would be provided should any issues arise, this has not been my experience. There has been reluctance to carry out a full, in-person review or properly address the ongoing difficulties I am experiencing with my crowns.

I would also caution others not to be reassured by claims of a “lifetime guarantee” or “worldwide support passport.” In my experience, this appears to be used to justify high costs, but it does not work in practice. I have attempted to rely on this support and found it ineffective.

Would I return for further work? No, unless it is solely to correct the current issues, with a clear and agreed plan in place. I also felt that the level of service declined once payment had been made.

Ive been in a very hard journey with my teeth, and dentspa was my ally all the way.

I got my smile today finally. The teeth look amazing, but eating food might take some time to get used to. I personally don't think the happiness will reach me until I get back to my normal life, where I smile without fear, and eat without hesitation.

Huge shoutout to Dr. Serdar, who I felt the safest with, as he operated on me. Patient Care Rai who checks on me and cares on another level.

Excellent customer service, from the every day driver to the clinic and back to the hotel , people on the desk and all the people on the floor , managers and the people in the cafeteria, obviously including the excellent professionals ( dentist and + ) everyone and everything very well set and I’m very happy to chuce DENTSPA

I had a very positive experience while being treated for multiple dental issues. Staff were very professional, courteous and informative during the entire process. I referred my friends who are looking to get dental work done.

What went wrong is that they lied to me and over =-charged me. They also extracted healthy teeth. I provided them with a 3D x-ray before going to Istanbul and based on that, I got a quote and summery of what they were going to do. It included 3 extractions of broken teeth and 6 implants for the sum of $4500. This amount included my stay in a "luxury hotel" (a dated holiday Inn) Luxury transport from and to the airport and dental practice as well as my flight one way. (I never got my $1200 back.) My dental appointment started at 10am and I got back to the Holiday Inn at 8pm that evening with my mouth to sore to eat and bleeding. They had opted to extract 6 teeth (3 of which was healthy teeth) and replaced it with 4 implants for two bridges. Something that did not want. Their reason for that was that it would be too hard to match the crowns to the healthy teeth. (As if that is my problem) any dental technician who is worth his salt should be able to do that. The following day I was picked up again and they took a casting of my mouth. Now bear in mind that my mouth was still swollen at this time. On the day that I left Istanbul, 4 days later, I was given a denture with 4 plastic teeth. A month later, the thing does not fit but falls around in my mouth. I cannot eat with it as it doesn't line up and the palate is too low.
I was warned about going there by another clinic but thought that it's just sour grapes because i was using Dentspa and not the other one. I am ever so sorry that I didn't go to the other one. I do NOT recommend using Dent Spa at all.
