Worse Costumer service i have ever received in my entire life.
Please, do not go at this practice for orthodontic treatments.
At first everything was fine, even though every time i went in there i felt time pressured, i thought it is normal. Before i had my braces, I had an x-ray, some fillings done and a scale and polish. I was really happy with the treatments and the results. After that, i have been asked if i was willing to remove four of my healthy teeth . (I still don't get why) Obviously, the answer was no. Then, i have been told that i will have to wear my braces for three years, which was absolutely fine for me and i agreed.
I had my braces applied and i was happy with everything, i went for my regular visits and i was happy with the results every time i went in.
In December 2019, i went for my regular visit and i have been told that i have to go to remove my braces, i found it a bit strange, but i agreed. Even though i found i have asked why i have to remove the braces, the answers were vague and it seemed that the orthodontist knew what he was doing. I have also told him that my teeth were not as i expected them to be and said they can't be different and it something that it has to to with morphology , he continued to say that the braces had to me removed in January. I was really confused, i went home and thought about my teeth not being the way i wanted. Eventually, because i did not expect to remove my braces in January i did not have the necessary amount of money for the removal and for the fixed retainer. That made the things even worse. I have called the practice and spoken to a Receptionist which name a i don't remember, i have asked her if there would be a problem if i will not be able to come for the appointment to remove the braces. She said that if i won't remove my braces on time there is the risk of loosing my teeth. I was even more confused and scared. I asked to talk to the orthodontist for an advice but the receptionist said that she is not allowed to provide me his details. I understood and gang up. I went in for my appointment and the orthodontist seemed surprised to see me and i did not know why, he said that the braces were going to be removed in the following two weeks. I tried to explain that i have contacted the practice for advice and i have been told that i will lose my teeth if i won't remove the braces as soon as possible. While i was telling him about the conversation with the receptionist he nervously said STOP, YOU TALK TOO MUCH. I felt shocked and i did not say anything, i only agreed on everything he was saying. I went home in shock and calmed down while thinking about why would i ever choose a place like that. I then went to have my braces removed and my fixed retainer and the impression for the removable retainer taken. The results were not as i expected but my teeth were better than in the initial stage and i was happy with it. After two weeks i went back to collect my retainers. to mention that nobody ever asked my to try them on to see if everything was fine. I would say i was even a bit scared to talk about anything at that point. I did not know what the reaction would be. After a while, i noticed that the retainer was not tight enough and the main teeth i went to have braces for were slowly and slightly going back to the normal position.That was not the only issue, the lower side of my gums started receding due to the retainer. Today, i find myself with gum recession and not with the smile that i have always wanted. I do not recommend this place.

Many thanks to all the staff especially dr Karolina who performed my wisdom tooth surgery. All the staff have been very helpful and professional. I wish had found this dental practice months ago, when my own dentist refused to do the surgery as he thought it was too risky. Many thanks again 🙂

I had a great experience with Medical-Dent. I feel very anxious about any dentist appointment and any procedures but Medical-Dent is very friendly, professional, and provide an excellent service. It's not easy to find a good dentist but I highly recommend Dr. Marta Wasiluk who is always warm and welcoming, and very precise with her treatment. My gratitude for Dr. Marta Wasiluk and her staff goes for 5 stars!

I have been using this dentist practice for years always happy with the result. Always professional and helpful never had any problems. Medical staff is always professional they know what they do they work well with each other and everything goes nice and easy reception is always polite and helpful with all the information you need.
