I've been to Dentzz twice now, most recently this week while in Dubai. Both visits have been top notch and this one was no different.

Youssef at reception had everything sorted from the moment I walked in. Warm, professional, and across all the details across multiple visits.

Dr Dushan was particularly impressive. He took the time to properly explain what he was doing and why at each stage, was precise in his work, and clearly has a high standard he holds himself to. You could tell the outcome mattered to him personally, not just clinically. Patrick the nurse was excellent throughout, calm and attentive the whole way.

The clinic is spotless, the technology is current, and the team genuinely cares about the result, not just getting you in and out. Left feeling well looked after.

If you're in Dubai and need quality dental work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

After dealing with some major dental problems I started to research what could be done to help me. When I went to get the work done in Aust it was far out of my budget so I started looking into overseas dental practices. After a friend had been to Dentzz I decided that this was where I wanted to go to.

I will admit I was very nervous about the whole dentist process but the doctors at Dentzz assured me that they would be able to do what I wanted.
Now seven months later I have had everything finalised and am loving my new teeth.
Anyone who reads this I would highly recommended the fantastic doctors at Dentzz in their state of the art clinic in Mumbai.
Thanks to my doctors I can now eat anything that I want in comfort.

I'm so beyond happy and satisfied the services of Dentzz, from reception Mr. Youssef he's accommodating and to my Dentist Dr. AMR, I'm so thankful as he is gentle to my teeth and gave advices how to care the gums and teeth... looking forward for the next appointment.

Is soon as we arrived dentzz had arranged to pick us up from airport and transport us to hotel. We went to dentzz for a meeting and the whole process was given to us.
The staff there were brilliant and process was relatively pain free and we go back january to get my new teeth. If you are looking to go overseas for treatment then go to dentzz..you won't regret it

Ive been incredibly happy with the whole team at Dentzz Dubai. My treatment will require multiple visits with many different doctors involved and everyone has been so kind and reassuring - as a highly anxious dental patient this has really made all the difference to me. I honestly think it’s the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in the dentist chair! I have had a lot of questions along the way to understand the process and what to expect and they have always made the time to have a call. The first phase has been completed and I’m excited to get to the last phase and have restored dental health!

I had a wonderful experience at Dentzz right from diagnosis, exploration of possible options for the concern till complete treatment.

The doctors were empathetic, explained and cleared all queries I had. Kept all my angst at bay.

I am with Dr Doushan since a few years and had rootcanal treatment, infections, dental hygienic and an implant. He is very professional and calm, eager to save every tooth. The nurses are super careful. Reception is very friendly, organized and easy to comunicate with.

If there was a way to give no stars that would be better.
I started my Dentzz journey in 2024, travelling to India for upper full-arch dental implant treatment while keeping my natural lower teeth. Unfortunately, my experience has had a significant physical, emotional, and financial impact on my life.
After my treatment, I experienced ongoing pain, discomfort, headaches, and problems with the fit of my upper teeth. I repeatedly contacted Dentzz over many months and was told the issues would settle. I even returned to India so my prosthesis could be removed, polished, and refitted, but my symptoms continued.
During this time, I also developed shingles affecting my eye. My treating Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon in Australia, Dr Trent Lincoln, advised me that, in his professional opinion, the stress and ongoing dental complications were connected to this occurring. Dr Lincoln also informed me that although smoking (I had been an ex smoker for 8 years when I arrived at Dentzz) may have caused these issues he believed it was due to incorrect implant placement, failing bone grafts and poor prosthetic design, a complete failure from the start, that I would need complete replacement.
I eventually sought treatment in Australia, where I underwent extensive corrective surgery, including removal of failed upper implants, ( upon surgery removal of my implants 4 of the 6 actually fell out)bone grafting,(as the Dentzz bone grafts had failed) and replacement implants. The corrective treatment has cost a significant amount in addition to what I paid Dentzz.
I repeatedly asked Dentzz to discuss a financial resolution. On several occasions, I was told Dentzz would contact me to discuss a financial settlement. Despite those assurances, I was never contacted with a financial resolution, and no settlement was offered. And they stopped returning calls or emails.
This has been a nightmare experience from the start!
The $77.000 was a request for my money back. 3 Trips to India with flights, hotel cost and refund of what I had paid for the failed work. Corrective treatment costs in Australia, Plus a small amount for pain and suffering over a 2 year period.

This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering treatment overseas to carefully research the risks, understand how complications would be managed, and consider the availability of follow-up care before making a decision. There is a FB page in Australia dedicated to Dentzz and only positive comments are posted. Negative reviews or comments are deleted and you get blocked.

I have been a long time client of Dentzz Mumbai. I am in my 60es and started having major dental issues around the menopause. I was born in Europe and have lived in Australia for the past 35 years. Always practiced sound dental hygiene, however, due to body changes that go with aging I have been very fortunate to discover Dentzz Dental when I needed it.

First of all, I don’t recommend implants. They are demanding to maintain which can prove costly, especially in the country like Australia (e.g. one advice I received instead of cleaning around the implants was to replace them!). So, be prepared to travel to India approximately every 5 years with good cleaning, if you can find one, locally every 6 months. Having said that, Dentzz have a great warranty policy and they honour it.

If you do decide to go ahead with implants, I wholeheartedly recommend Dentzz. Several reasons. Due to different economic conditions in India vs ‘western’ countries, dental works are incomparably more affordable in India. The dentists at Dentzz are highly trained, motivated and keeping up to date with contemporary technologies and materials. Most of all, unlike some of the countries where dental work is unaffordable and health insurance covers only partially the basic procedures and where as a result dentists specialising in implantology have very few patients, specialists at Dentzz perform these very involved procedures day in and day out. If an Australian dentists sees a couple of patients a month, doctors at Dentzz practice at least half a dozen implanting treatments a day. Practice builds and enhances expertise. The chief dentist, Dr Simran, organises works impeccably - efficiently and mindfully. I currently run my own business and I can tell you that a person with organisational, professional and personal skills such as Dr Simran are worth their weight in gold and then some! Fair dinkum!

In addition, the international coordinators are knowledgeable, helpful and always available. All kudos to Rupali and her colleagues. As well as doctors Juhi Aswani and Shreya Singh, to name only a few. And of course their unobtrusive dental assistants, for example Sunny, and administrators.

In summary: dentures are probably a safer and more affordable way to address declining teeth health and appearance. But, if you decide to go for implants, do it with Dentzz. They are worth every hard earned dollar, euro, pound, rupee. Hope they will continue operating successfully and prosper.

I had extensive work done at this clinic. I came from Ireland & was very nervous. I can not recommed this clinic highly enough. . All my expectations were exceeded, very happy I chose Dentzz. I found the customer videos very helpful.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and highly professional making me feel comfortable throughout my dental implant treatment. I was especially impressed by the advanced technology at Dentzz New Delhi they are using.

The clinic is well organised, clean and welcoming. I travelled from Australia to New Delhi only for my Dental Implant so for my leave purpose I had discussion with my work manager and according to him all my leave and travel expenses cost me more than getting treatment in Australia, But after finishing my treatment it was really world class treatment in all aspects and getting treatment at Dentzz really worth it....

Modern equipments and highly qualified staff like Jyotshana jee and others made the treatment quick, efficient and virtually painless.

And special thanks to Geeta jee who was taking care of all my schedule and makes easier my travell even arranging pick up and drop off the destination once landed at Delhi Airport......

I have always had excellent service starting with Moru who responds to my messages very quickly, which is reassuring when you are on different time zones or in a different Indian State. He has communicated directly with me after another staff member left leaving me with a sense of continuity. Dr Simran has always been responsive and transparent with my dental plan and Dr Tegas was so gentle and understanding of my nervousness and sensitivity. I had one implant which was carried out in a very professional manner. Thank you.

Had wonderful experience with Dr Jyotsna and Dr Shweta. Dr Jyotsna is very good surgeon. I had no pain after my full mouth implant surgery . Highly recommend .

I had my top crowns done here 7 years ago. I have not had one problem. My dentist in Australia commented, where’d you get your crowns done?” I replied, “India- why?”
He said, “they’ve done a great job”. That reassured me I’d made the right decision. I got them colour suited to my age and I often get comments on how lovely my teeth are. I have to tell them they’re crowns- they look so natural. The service was 5 star. Very clean and professional. I just wish I’d had the bottoms crowned while I was there. I tell people about Dentzz all the time. Definitely worth the trip. I smile with confidence now. 🙏

Exemplary treatment medically and professionally. They treat you so well that you don't think if going anywhere else. Personal care and thoughtfulness . They explain everything right at the begining so I e has no doubts if what is in store. We have been impressed immensely , my wife and me both got it done here. (Whole mouth restoration). And it was amazing. I would recommend Dentz to anyone and everyone.

I travelled to Delhi during November of 2024.Also to Mumbai in June 2025.
I am writing this review to let others know what can go wrong. My experience with Dentzz has been an absolute disaster. Four out of five root canals had to be re treated. Two of those teeth have had to be extracted and possibly two more that I am having problems with. The normal success rate for root canal procedure is over 90%. The specialist who did my procedures was obviousl incompetent. Two implants have had to be removed. Several dentist in Australia said that they were incorrectly placed and would not last long term.There was also some cement under an implant that became dislodged and caused continuous pain.
I have had months of pain and discomfort.

The emotional, physical and financial cost have been enormous. I,m now having Dentzz damage being repaired and replaced by a dentist in Sydney. This is running into many tens of thousands of Dollars.
I also made the mistake of others that leave an early review well before time has tested their dental work.
Yes I agree that the staff are lovely but at the end of the day they are very good at upselling. In their waiting rooms they place photo albums of past patients with perfect smiles which I beleive is part of the upselling procedure.
What they are not very good at is taking ownership when things go wrong. When I phoned fro Australia after my visit suffering from constant pain there i was told to rub sensodnye paste on the area.Temporary relief only. I asked Dentzz staff to explain why I was having issues with all the teeth that had root canal procedure. I found they are very good at talking in riddles and in the end you have no clear answer. I have also requested a refund from Dentzz to help cover the cost of repairing their poor quality work. I have not been offered any refund as yet.
It is unfortunate that I needed to write this review but the damage done by Dentzz was severe enough to the point where I was put on to antidepressants to cope. At the end of the day you are abandoned and left to sort out your problems on your own. I would not return to Dentzz for any more treatment for fear of them inflicting more damage.I have to say going to Dentzz for dental work has been one of the worst life decisions that I have ever made.

Best decision I've made for myself. The team at Dentz Mumbai are exceptional and excellent AAA☆☆☆. The procedures were pain free, I was treated with kindness and like family. The final outcome was beyond my expectations I am more happy with my final result. The whole team at Dentz go above and beyond to make sure your relaxed and comfortable throughout your journey with them and their technologyand skill are well advanced.
