Everything was so smooth, efficient and easy. The whole process took less than a day. As soon as we got the documents they were followed up with a call to confirm we’d received them and our bond was issued within 2 hours later. Megan was easy to deal with at all…
Megan was easy to deal with at all times. Communication was very good. My only one little negative was that I did get concerned upon first email that it may have been a scam of some sort because the pics on the footer of the email look very fake/AI generated even! Maybe it’s the green background? Not sure. Once I double checked with my conveyancer I was all good.
