Absolutely brilliant sturdy good quality easy to use
I ordered a Trike I needed advice on the specifications as it’s for my son with a disability I phoned and the most super helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. The Trike came within a few working days well packaged again I needed advice on how something needed to be put together and had a very helpful bike engineer. The Trike it’s absolutely brilliant very sturdy good quality easy to use. So happy I can’t thank you enough 😁👍👍👍🤩

great service great product
Bought a black Roadhog stepthru electric bike via EBAY for my wife - tiny person 5'0". Will recommend Depot2U and this bike to anyone the seat can be dropped to 77cms from the ground so it suits her perfectly. The bike is extremely well made, easy to set up and to use; she loves it. The bike arrived quickly and in perfect condition - 110% satisfied. Frank Ward

Impressive UK-based company with excellent customer service
I am very impressed with this UK based company. I don't normally write reviews but they more than deserve mine and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I ordered an ebike which arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. Easy to put together. However I did not feel comfortable riding it (lack of experience) and realised this was not really for me. There was also a small problem with the handlebars which kept sliding down, but when I wrote to Depot2U to inform them, they suggested a simple way to solve the problem. However I decided I would prefer to return the bike for a refund. Depot2U organised for the bike to be collected (free of charge) from my home, and within a day I received an email from them confirming that the bike had been received and that a refund would be forthcoming, which it did within 2 days.
After dealing with too many online companies based abroad with appalling customer services, it is refreshing to do business with such a company that takes its customer service very seriously (and which can easily be contacted by phone!)
I found the staff at Depot2U extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and their number one priority seems to have happy customers. I strongly recommend them/
