Hi Gwen, Nobody ever does; fitting a tow bar to a modern vehicle is a task that involves lots of differing skills. Sometimes rain does stop play, but when you are halfway through a fitting, I have no choice but to complete the job. I probably do take longer to fit my towbars due to the care that I take when disassembling and reassembling customers' cars. Perhaps if you had understood the process, it might have been a 5-Star review.

Perfect tow bar installation
I urgently needed a tow bar fitting and Brian managed to fit me around his other jobs. He explained the different options and came to my property to fit on my drive. His communication throughout was professional as he kept me updated on how his other jobs were progressing and when he would likely be able to fit the bar. His workmanship was perfect.
