The pillows arrive fairly quickly. They come in a plain black bag, rolled and vacuum sealed, with no fancy packaging. I immediately open them to let them expand and regain their shape and size. It's such a relief—this was the best sleep we've had in a long time, and we woke up refreshed and energized. At first, I thought the pillow's size didn't match the advertisement, and I assumed it might not be suitable, but I was wrong. It truly supports your neck and keeps it in the right position. Since it doesn't sink like standard pillows, fluffing is not necessary. Overall, this gave my husband and me the best rest we've experienced in a long time.

I love it its really helped my neck and shoulder pain. I had a query about taking the cover to wash it was answered with a phone call the next day, great service. I would recomend this company. I even got a free cushion. There is 1 only thing they need to do is put better instuctions on there products.

Transaction was easy and stress free. Item arrived very quickly and was well packed. Have tried to use a few times but do not seem to sleep as well. Maybe just me as I am particular about my pillow but will continue trying to use in the future. I would probably recommend with this proviso.
